SNOE Eau La la Seed Serum Natural Beauty Bar

I have a little confessing to make, and it was a slight mistake I got myself into over the last 6 months. I will not be sharing you the details, but what I can tell you is that, it was definitely something I learned my lesson from. Well, my skin was doing a-ok when I did something caused my skin to dark! Yes, the struggle is real! It was a long wait to get my skin recover, then repurchase some of my favorite products that I know has worked for me.

You know I love SNOE's Extra Strength Whitening Powder Mask. I used it for 2-3weeks and it never failed me. I try dedicating a few minutes everyday for this mask to lighten my skin, but there are some days that I have to set it aside. But if I did find time, I let it be a 'nourishing' time for me and not rush into things. Over the last 2-3weeks of using this product, I still have got to say, it works. It does take time though, and have to paired with other whitening products as well to help hasten the process. I love mixing the whitening powder and solution like I am doing an experiment.

The sales person asked me what my skin concern were, and I told her I needed something to lighten my skin with. She suggested I use this soap because it helps lighten discolorations. I didn't know if I should take it because the price was something I did not expect at all. But I thought, if the powder mask helped my skin before, perhaps this soap could also be as good. I gave it a shot.

After I applied my Extra Strength Gluthatione Whitening Powder Mask, I use this soap to wash off the mask and let it sit on the skin that needs to be lightened for 2-3minutes. The soap has a beautiful red color with chia seeds on it (the tiny black ones). It smells like cherries by the way and it is amazing! I know chia seeds have tons of great benefits for the body, but I am not sure if it works well with the exfoliating my skin.

After several uses of this soap and the powder mask, I did see an improvement. It wasn't a drastic change, but I could definitely see it lightened. The soap is good, but I wouldn't suggest using this soap alone to get results. It has to be paired with other whitening products (creams, masks, liquid, powder, etc.) to see its lightning lightening skin! Skin lightening takes tons of time and patience is always key. Do apply sunblock to protect yourself from the sun!

As for my dark skin dilemma after one mistake I did 6 months ago, I am very happy to report the progress of my skin is way a lot better now. It is an awesome feeling! Just giving myself a few more months to let it fully heal itself and regain its suppleness.

I am not really sure if I'd be repurchasing because of the price, but it was nice I get to try this soap. I do not think I have read any reviews about this so far.

Etude House Moonlight Blending Sleeping Cream | Blueberry

I am in love with this Blending Sleeping Cream by Etude House! I have tried one of these months ago but I was not able to make a post for you all. But fear not! I knew I need to tell you why I bought some of these awesome creams again from my last visit at Etude House. And come to think of it, I need to buy a few more because that's how much I love it.

The one's I have tried so far are: SHEA BUTTER and OLIVE. And today I'd be reviewing the BLUEBERRY kind because this provides moisture and antioxidants for the skin.

I could feel my skin needs a pick-me-up because of a lot of things going on! I need to give my skin a break!

Moonlight Blending Sleeping Cream (Blueberry) | Php68

This is a Blending Sleeping Cream containing Blueberry extract, Lavender, Chamomile and Mint. Blend together Sleeping Cream's golden herb water-gel and richly nourishing cream contents to moisturize skin overnight for a lucid, bright moonlight-like complexion.

Directions:

1. Squeeze paper cover to slightly open up and remove enclosed spoon.

2. Remove sealing cover slowly starting from the end of spoon handle.

3. Break off the spoon from pack container and evenly blend together golden herb water gel-like and cream with spoon's smaller end.

4. Pick up blended Sleeping Cream with hands and evenly apply a certain amount onto face. Wear overnight and rinse off with lukewarm water the next morning.

The Blending Sleeping Cream has 8 variants to choose from: Royal Jelly, Shea Butter, Olive, Blueberry, Rosehip, Evening Prim, Seaweed, and Green Tea. It is a cream used lastly on evening skincare routine. But sometimes I like to use this alone after toner. It still works great!

Just look how cute the details are in this packaging! I love the name of the product as well! And the cream itself comes in a unique way of presentation: a spoon. Yes, a spoon! I was surprised to find a spoon with the product in it. How cute is that!

This blueberry Moonlight Blending Sleeping Cream has a lovely scent. Peel the sticky paper off the spoon and you will find two types of emollient: a transparent gel and a pinkish cream just like an egg yolk. The best part of this is detaching the handle and mix the products onto the spoon and you'll get a gel-like pinkish cream to be applied on the face, neck, decolletage and the back of the hands. I love the idea of mixing things such as these!

I wasn't able to take a picture of the product once the packaging was opened. I wish you could have seen it but I did not want to waste time taking pictures while the cream is exposed for so long.

It didn't felt sticky on my face. It made my skin look dewy before I went to bed. I still had a lot product in my spoon for me to use in one night. But I can't let it go exposed for hours! What I did was, I used the rest of the cream on my elbows, legs and feet to give it antioxidants as well. :) By morning, my skin feels refreshed and soft.

This is amazing! It makes any "ordinary" day of applying creams into something engaging and fun! Everything is so cute! I would love to try other variants of blending sleeping cream!

Venus and Mars Naturals Haul | World Bazaar Festival 2015

My first World Bazaar Festival I ever attended! I had to be here to purchase skincare items that I love -- Venus and Mars Naturals. I've read a few blogs that they usually held a sale. It was a long queue but worth every step it took to look for their booth.

I was about to think they are not in this year's bazaar, but lo and behold... it was right near the food court! It's like, the cloud parted to give light to what I was looking for for hours! My strength regained and started skipping to their booth. Too bad I didn't get the chance to meet Jamie and/or Justin Tan, the fabulous sisters who started this skincare brand.

Mahogany Obsidian Yoni Egg Experience

It has been 2-3 months since I last used my yoni eggs. There were a lot of things happened and there wasn't a "perfect time" to do so. I miss my Mahogany Obsidian and Rose Quartz eggs so much. Something in me had to set this aside due to external factors... but also there was a part of me that can't help but take it all back for ME.

Today I inserted my egg. I was a little upset from something that I had to give my body the space to cry. I had my hands over my heart and womb and feel these feelings. Listen to my body where the tension was coming from and what it was trying to tell me. Few minutes later, I cried. It feels good to cry. It washes out negative emotions I don't want it get stuck in my body. I was really upset! I reflected and hold myself after that. These feelings can be scary because there are times I tend to ran away from it. I didn't know if I can deal with it. Life isn't always about being 'happy' everyday; it also means experiencing the bad.

I used my Mahogany Obsidian Yoni Egg. I cleansed it and had it sanitized for 10 minutes in a bowl of warm-ish water (not too hot!!! as long as you can dip your finger safely, then it is safe for your egg) I whispered my intentions to my egg. I like spritzing the room with perfume to add touch before I insert my egg. I relaxed my body and feel the pleasure. It does bother me why it has to be a taboo to able to feel something when our bodies are supposed to feel and express. Anyways, so I inserted my egg as I smile. I gave it a little push and in it was. I laid there for a few minutes and feel it inside of me. I miss this so much!

Throughout the day I focused myself on what was important as I still feel these feelings without judging (though there were times I did judge, I reminded to be gentle on myself). I was tired of THIS upsetting me when I knew there was just no way. (I know I am talking vague) So here I am with these feelings as I ate a lot of food!!! It was my body's way of coping with the 'emptiness'. I even had my food delivered to my house because I was (emotionally) hungry.

Few hours after inserting my egg, I could already feel my egg wanting to come out! I was standing while talking to someone when I felt this. I thought I was on my period but I could feel my yoni egg was coming out. This was the first time it happened to me. I immediately buried it under the ground. I heard from other women who also use yoni eggs, it just means the egg is ready to leave and did what it supposed to do. I wish it could stay for a day or two... but when it's time to go, it's time.

Right now as I blog I feel a little light. I'm not saying this thing upsetting me is gone for good! I felt I needed support because it broke me when I connected the dots. I had my eyes wide open! I was grateful for what I have. I wish a happy life ahead for this thing upsetting me! I had to cut it all. I had to... for me.

Mini Haul: ETUDE HOUSE and SNOE

Had a little skin care shopping the other day! Though I would love to splurge more, I still have enough skin care products back home to last me for a month or two.

Start with SNOE first:

I wrote a review about this product a year ago. It's SNOE's Extra Strength Glutathione Whitening Powder Mask [Php349]. Here is the link to my review in case you haven't read it yet. It is a whitening mask you apply on areas on the body where you want it to lighten. I have tried it and always been coming back for this every time I feel like I like to lighten some uneven areas in my body.

This is one soap from SNOE that I always feel like I'm a little apprehensive of. I didn't know which soap I should buy: the EAU LALA SEED SERUM NATURAL BEAUTY BAR or their EMU.CLEANSE CREAMY BEAUTY BAR. [ Read my review here. ] I read at the back of the packaging the benefits of both soaps just to be sure I'd be getting a soap I really need. It was recommended by the sales person that I should try their EAU LALA SEED SERUM NATURAL BEAUTY BAR [Php399] when I told her I got a dried up rash in my body that I needed to lighten. And so I bought it. It is a bit expensive, and I'm crossing my fingers.


Next, ETUDE HOUSE:

I got their HAPPY ESSENTIAL FOAM in COLLAGEN (pink) [Php248] because I love it so much as well as their HYALURONIC ACID (blue) facial cleansers! It is creamy and smells divine whenever I wash my face with this. I always keep coming back for this every time! Collagen is that "glue" that keeps our skin together keeping it look fresh and young. You can read my review here.

I bought 5 sheet masks [Php58 each]: ACAI BERRY (antioxidant), SNAIL (smooth firming), PEARL (bright complexion), POMEGRANATE (smooth & energizing) and COENZYME 10 (tightening & firming). I had to pick an each of my favorite masks to give my skin variety whenever I feel like I need a little boost after a long day. Have you noticed I never post reviews on sheet masks? :)

They also gave me a freebie! Since I spent over Php500 worth of products. (It depends what freebie you'll be getting if you reached a certain mark). I got two sample sizes of their ZERO SEBUM clear gel which is perfect for me because I have oily skin. I'll let you know what I think about it in a few days.

Human Heart Nature Body Wash Sweet Orange

I've always loved Human Heart Nature's berries body wash scent, but I think I'd rather go something different and try their SWEET ORANGE for a change. Oranges are one of my favorite fruits and its smell always revitalizes my senses before I start my day.

How to use:

Pour and lather onto a bath sponge or directly onto your body, then rinse thoroughly. Because our natural body wash has coconut-derived ingredients, it may thicken in cold temperatures. If you find it difficult to dispense, simply warm the bottle under how water for 30 seconds.

This orange scented natural body wash is amazing! It is a natural product; Paraben-free and SLS/SLES free. I love how my skin feels every single time. My skin wasn't irritated. It is moisturizing, and leaves skin soft. It lathers well and a little of it goes a long way. It was surprising to find that the body wash was slightly thick, translucent and smells great! I love it! It's probably their new formula.

Human Heart Nature is all about being proud and celebrating the skin we are in. Everywhere nowadays are whitening skin treatments left and right. For us Filipina with morena skin (and every skin tone from all over the globe!), it is all about loving and seeing the beauty the skin we all are in. I am happy this is one Philippine product that doesn't introduce whitening infused products from their soaps, creams or lotions.

I think I would try the GENTLE BERRY scent when I ran out of this. I wish they would come up with more scents like chocolate or vanilla!

How to Lighten Dark Underarms

Dark underarms are embarrassing. It happens when the skin is exposed with chemicals like deodorants with whitening properties as promised or constant friction of clothes, or because of a medical condition called Acanthosis Nigricans which is often the result of insulin resistance, obesity, certain medications and hormonal disorders. Other causes of dark underarms are shaving, accumulation of dead skin cells, too much scrubbing, and regular use of removal hair creams. If you are still doing any of this, do stop because they are so bad for our underarms.

Here are tips to help lighten the dark underarms:

1. Remove the hair at its roots. The hair is one culprit that makes the underarms look darker. By removing the hair from its roots, it would take time for the hair to grow. It's the subtle hair peeking through will seem look like a shadow. I would not suggest to tweeze because it will lead looking like chicken skin (Have you seen a chicken's skin when its feathers are plucked?) A waxing kit or an epilator (electric hair removing device) are excellent ways to remove the hair and keep underarms look and feel smooth. Waxing the underarms also helps in exfoliating. An epilator may look and sound scary at first, but you will soon get the hang of it and remove unwanted hair with breeze!
2. Exfoliate. Like how we exfoliate our face, our underarms also need a nice exfoliation. With regular exfoliating it removes dead skin cells. Make a paste mixing a tablespoon of baking soda and water. Gently scrub in circular motion.
3. Make your own natural deodorant. There are recipes online on how to make one at home. It is healthier for our body because we know what's really in it and what we put on our body. I've tried one deodorant and just days after using the product, I felt a slight pain on my lower back. I soon felt a little weak and I knew why it was happening and I threw the deodorant immediately. Eating a healthy diet and drinking lots of water will also help keep the body odor at minimal.
3. Use safe and natural whitening soaps and creams. There are creams and soaps out there that will help lighten underarms with regular use. There are only, however, some are high in Mercury which are bad for the body or parabens or aluminum in it. Please see to it it is safe and organic. Do a patch test first to see if you are allergic to its ingredients. If rashes occur, let it heal on its own. If it feels itchy, do NOT scratch... ever!
4. Peeling oil. This is the kind of oil that helps peel the 'old' skin and reveals fresh skin underneath. Most women I know use it for their body. Pour some oil on a cotton pad and apply it on dark areas for 3days (depends on the instruction sheet) you wish to get rid of the body such as the underarms. Wait for the skin to peel on its own. Do NOT pull the 'old' skin while it is peeling. If in case you feel itchy, do NOT scratch it. Let the skin heal.
5. Underarm Detox. The skin is the largest part of the body. Like our organs, we detox when we feel like we had a lot of consumption of junk food. Detoxing our underarms is a breather from the toxic we apply on our underarms from conventional deodorants. Imagine all those years of chemicals we put on our armpits! Most people say they noticed less odor and less sweating.

   Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon bentonite clay
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1-2 tablespoons of water

  Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a glass bowl (do not use metal) with a wooden or non-metal spoon until smooth.
2. Spread an even layer over the armpits and let it sit for 5-20minutes. Start slow and let your body adjust till you can let it sit it for a longer period. If it hurts or painful on your skin, remove immediately.
3. It will cause redness because of an increase of blood flow to the area, but it will go away. Wash it off with warm water in the shower.
4. Do this daily or as needed until the underarm odor goes away and has adjusted to the natural deodorant.

   ***Drink plenty of water to help stimulate the cleansing process.


Below are natural whitening skin ingredients you can find in your kitchen. These have natural lightening properties that can also help with the dark armpits.

1. Apply lemon juice on your underarms for 15minutes and wash off.
2. The potato has a lightening enzyme called catecholase. Rub a potato slice on your underarms and let it sit for 15minutes and wash with warm water.
3. Mix sandalwood powder and rose water to make a paste. Spread on the underarms for 15minutes and let it dry. Wash it off with soap and water.
4. Make a paste using gram flour (chickpea flour), plain yogurt, lemon and turmeric. Leave it for 30minutes on your armpits and wash off with warm water.
5. Apply coconut oil on the area before shower. Leave in for 15 minutes. The coconut oil has Vitamin E to help lighten the underarm. It is also a natural deodorant as well.

Lightening the skin takes time. Do not overdo these because it could cause more harm than good. Be patient. You'll be raising your arms with confidence in no time!

I almost liked the PERFUME SEED CAPSULE BODY WASH because of the scent, but it wasn't moisturizing as I thought it would be... and I really wish it was. The CHERRY BLOSSOM SHAMPOO, CHERRY BLOSSOM RINSE and PERFUME SEED VELVET BODY MILK, however, I didn't like it. Again, the scent is nice but it didn't provided my hair and skin the nutrients I was looking for.

The Vimala Alphabet: My First 40-Day Challenge

Nope. You didn't missed any of the updates. I've decided to jump this post on Day 40 with you, right now. You can read my previous post here of what I am talking about.

I have completed the 40-day Vimala Alphabet Challenge! I feel good and I got to say, I am never this excited to write. I have learned a lot and mindfully writing every letters as I practice my 'new' handwriting. I look back at the previous days since I started the challenge and I could see the progress. I keep in mind the affirmation behind the letters' strokes and curves. I gave myself the space to write for 40 days. Why 40 days? The number 40 is the number of transformation which takes the neurons in our brain realign; it is advised not to skip a day -- ever!

So... I haven't bought the book yet. For now, I copy (online) the proper form of writing letters as suggested by Vimala Rodgers. I also get to read some do's and don'ts on how to write letters. It's kind of amazing how my three letters that I intuitively chose speaks a ton about myself; it's kind of scary and accurate! I got myself started and write on a blank unlined piece of paper (in landscape) with my trusty pen. It was also suggested to write row of words starting with the chosen letter, row of words that contain the letter in the middle and another row of words that end with that letter. It wasn't easy at first because it also means I had to look at the Vimala Alphabet closely as possible and see how the other letters are written. I'm not going to lie, but it was frustrating! But as the old saying goes, practice makes perfect.

There are times the "old" way I write letters creeps back. I simply rewrite it with the "new" way of writing. I sometimes find myself pausing for a while before I write either. Besides, who doesn't want to show off their 'new' handwriting? LOL! I started slow and steady and it gets challenging over time but surely I enjoyed the progress. I practiced writing fast while remembering the importance of letters of how it is supposed to be written. I love my handwriting! I am never this excited to grab a pen and paper and write! I can't believe how smooth and gentle I was as I write these wonderful letters. Everything paid off!

Improvements has got to do a lot with inner work and it takes time. Changing the handwriting, as what Vimala Rodgers suggested, will help rewire the neuropathways in our brain. It reverses and retrains the aspects of the brain and releasing from old patterns. It's a personal story for everyone as it expands one's perspective every single day on these changes.

From The Five Noble Truths of Integral Handwriting, I got to say, this speaks true from my experience. "The degree of difficulty in mastering a stroke change is directly proportional to the value it will have in your life. The greater the difficulty, the greater the value".

The packaging is beautiful and slender just like Moistfull Aloe Soothing Lotion. I knew it doesn't come with a dispenser; I had to tilt the bottle to get myself a hold on the cream and it didn't look me long to get some it either. It had a nice scent to it. It is not too thick nor too runny; it is just right. Currently, I use this as my morning and evening moisturizer. I use a little amount of cream for my face, neck, decolletage and my hands to keep it these areas healthy, fresh, soft and smooth. I wait for it to fully absorb in the morning before I apply a layer of sunblock. (We got to keep ourselves protected from the sun!) And on evenings, I like to layer this with another moisturizer. It works well. After applying the product on to my face, it makes me feel a little greasy, but it doesn't matter and I don't let it bother me. It makes my skin look dewy on every application and in the long run! I could see the awesome results every time I look in the mirror. For an oily skin myself, it certainly makes my skin a lot shinier! I had to use blotting sheets throughout the day to keep the oiliness at bay.

I love that the packaging has a written, "SNOE WHITE". :)

The soap may be in BLACK, but it is a special black bar that can help lighten the skin with regular use. Its ingredients can bring out the new skin underneath the dead skin. This soap smells like licorice which is really interesting. I let the soap suds sit on my skin for 2 minutes before I rinse. I didn't experience any tingling or prickly sensation. It is recommended to use this soap for 3 months and use a different soap from Snoe Beauty to give the skin time to rest. You can resume using this soap after one month. I did not use this soap on my face.

I was a little hesitant to use the soap right away because I knew, with continuous use of whitening products, my skin will be sensitive to the sun's rays. Without proper protection from the sun, every effort used to keep the skin lighten will eventually backfire! It will only cause the skin to get darken and irritated. I am very careful when I used this on my first 7 days. My skin is not "too dark" nor "too white". I like the soap, but I knew I had to keep in mind the consequences; I had to switch soaps every week from Snoe's Black Beauty Bar to a moisturizing soap. It didn't caused my skin to dry though I think it should happen because it just means the dead skin slowly sloughs off. It is actually expected to see "erasure-like shavings" from the skin within the first 3 months of use to reveal new skin. A moisturizing lotion with sunblock is a must before stepping out of the house. Oh wait! I think protecting the skin should be 24/7 whether we are inside our house or not. And while we are at it, a balanced diet, recommended hours of sleep and exercise will keep our skin happy.

Trying to even out the skin tone can be a challenge. Sunblock is the best protection there is from the sun. Wherever we are, sunblock is important and not just because we are at the beach. Wearing sunblock prevents skin discolorations, blotchiness and slows down the development of premature aging. Be sure to reapply sunblock every 2 hours. Stay away from the sun between 10am-3pm. Wear sunglasses and bring an umbrella with you wherever you go. Protect yourself from the sun no matter what the climate is. Your skin will thank you 5...10...15...20 years from now!

The Vimala Alphabet

Everyone's handwriting says a lot about our personality. We get caught up on technology that we rely on it so much, we tend to 'forget' how to write with pen and paper. Handwriting is an art and many of us think it's just letters on paper. Letters are letters, right? As long as I write, that's all it matters. Um... not necessarily. That's what I also think years back, but something wasn't right. I read what it means how we write a certain letter such as an 'o' or 't', which fascinates me, but I never get that answer how can I improve. I knew I need to do something, but nobody told me how to do it "perfectly". I was left hanging in the air with the question on HOW.

Just a week or two ago, I listened to an hour long webinar and I believe it was destiny. This was the answer I was looking for for years. This was it. She mentioned the VIMALA ALPHABET. I love how she described each letter and its significance. I love how Vimala Rodgers categorize these letters in families.

It's like learning the alphabet again in a refreshing way. I love it! I thought letters were just letters until I understood the importance of writing letters in a manner that can help transform one's life. I wish this was taught in schools all over the globe!!! I wish I knew this when I was in kindergarten.

I got myself started and practice for my first 40 days. I chose my first 3 letters because I find it beautiful how it was written -- and I want it! I read further about those letters, and now I knew why I chose them based from my intuition. Isn't it amazing how these letters speak to us? I am now conscious how I write my letters. I put it on practice everyday to write and it feels rewarding!

Here are the steps to begin: (Transform Your Life Through Handwriting)
1. Write at least 3 lines of upper and lowercase letters.
2. Write on unlined paper in the landscape direction.
3. No pencils, please. Use a pen.
4. Begin by writing once, at the top of the page, the Declaration of Intent of the initial of your first name.
5. Write the first and third letters for at least 40 consecutive days. If you skip a day, start over. 40 is the number of transformation; it takes 40 days for the neurons in the brain to realign themselves, which is what the process of adopting self-affirming handwriting pattern does.
6. Write the third letter for a single week.

It has been officially a week since I started practicing the Vimala Alphabet. I compare my 'old' handwriting to my present handwriting, and it's like, was that how I write? Well, that's a thing of the past! I am learning a lot and I love it.

I can't stand limp wash cloths or anything too rough on my skin that could cause my skin to bleed to wash myself. I've only used this thrice and I got to say I already love it! How can I be certain it's my favorite after three uses? I can never look back on regular wash cloths again. Not even a loofah! I bought this online at Amazon two years ago. I read a lot of positive reviews online and decided to get this one. I pulled it out and the size of this bath towel blew me away because it was twice its size. I immediately thought of cutting it in half, but I am glad I didn't. I don't think I'm supposed to. It felt soft and thin unlike any other wash cloths I have tried. It lathers pretty good with just a minimal amount of body wash. Its texture on the skin feels just right; coarse enough to scrub away dead skin but soft enough to leave skin unharmed even though it says SUPER HARD WEAVE. It feels amazing and relaxing as I use this. I applied my body lotion after shower and my skin feels soft, smooth, clean and refreshed! Rinse it out and hung on a hook to dry. This is way better than cotton wash cloths.

I am so happy!!! I will definitely repurchase.

Mahogany Obsidian Yoni Egg Experience

I'm back! Who knew I'd be writing my experience in just a few weeks after purchasing my Mahogany Obsidian egg. I am a little scared because it was a little smaller than my medium Rose Quartz. But no, I know I can do this! It is my yoni. We can handle this. To be honest, these last few weeks was a struggle. I had a ton of things I need to set straight despite the amount of challenges that are up. I knew I need to get this sh*t together because I have fears of my own down the road that I don't want to set myself in.

I knew I was close in receiving my egg; I was excited. I was waiting. I was ready. I had the stone under my pillow, meditate, sit under the sunlight and moonlight Full (Blue) Moon days ago.

The day came when I just want to keep a space just for me and my egg. I practiced some breathing exercises what was also sent to me along with my stone. When it was inside of me, I was calm and I could feel a shift in my energy. There was an aching thing inside of me that no matter how much I try to talk things out, it relieves the pain superficially. I had to sit back and really deal what was going on in me. The last few weeks were triggers of years of muck!!! I've been carrying this around for years! I need to get this out of my body because it is just too much to handle. I can't let another year or another decade pass by trying to eat me alive. I already made a decision.

It still felt new to me when I was in touch with my body before inserting my egg. Why does it have to be anyway? I could feel something was stopping me even though I wanted it every inch of it. Minutes later after that, I focused on what is good for me and the mind chatter dissolved! I had one hand on my heart and the other on my womb and I could feel my body was ready. As I was waiting for my egg to be sterilized, I did my breathing exercises and whispered positive intentions to my egg.

I coated the egg with a little coconut oil and inserted it while in a hoarse stance. I was smiling as I welcome it. When it was in, I was calm. I danced a few times and fill my womb with love. It was nestled the left part of my womb. After inserting, I had to take a nap. I could feel the energy from my womb, down to my legs and feet since the Mahogany Obdsidian is for the root and sarcral chakra. I had this nagging headache and I felt tired throughout the day like something sucked inside of me. I didn't cry or anything, though I was expecting it to. I tried practicing my kegels throughout the day I had my egg. But since it is slightly smaller than my medium sized Rose Quartz, I couldn't move the egg as much as I want it to. I had it sit inside in me for a day and a half.

The next day, I feel angry. I knew it was one of those triggering things in my past I did not get in touch with it yet. I knew consciously what I was doing; I was aware, but this anger wants to be expressed. Hours later after that, I could feel it in me I needed to write. I have been pushing aside the idea of writing for so long. I do not know why, I just do. I tried excusing myself but my egg doesn't want to back down and I got up, took a pen and paper, and simply wrote what happened earlier to a bunch of stuff that needs some acknowledgement from me. I wrote what I needed to write on that paper. For the most part, it was about the 'THEY's" and the "YOU's" until it became to the "I's" and the "ME's". Of course it's all about me because I cannot change anybody or do things that will only lose my focus and energy. It's being realistic. I was angry, hurt, sad of what was going on in me. There was a slight tug in my heart about these people, but enough is enough. I had enough. It is time to be selfish and focus on my sh*t together. This is definitely just the beginning between me and my Mahogany Obsidian. You know I can always write even without my egg, but there was indeed a push to get myself a pen and paper and write that I needed to get done. My egg wanted me to express it on my own and see through it from my eyes with love.

...and it was because, an hour later, I could feel my egg wanted to come out. I do not want it yet to leave! When I pushed my egg out, I had it buried under the ground. I don't know what else my egg saw inside my womb, but whatever it was, she knew the things I needed to work on whatever negative energies I needed to release. Even up to now, I could feel a tingling feel in my feet.

This is about me facing my fears. Grounding and focusing me on what I need to do at this moment. I simply had enough. I can't stand to be in someone else's BS. It is so easy to spot when someone tries to sell their sh*t. It is me being selfish. I am working on it.

It is raining right now as I am blogging. I love the rain; soothing. Plus I am listening to some playlists. This brought me my attention to the current soap I am using from Venus and Mars Naturals. (The rain reminds me a lot of stuff!) I love to give extra TLC for my body every time I bathe. The name itself makes me feel like a goddess... which every women are!

About the smoothing, firming and tightening of my skin's appearance (Are not working out and clean eating the answer?), I couldn't tell at all. It would also take patience (and tons of it!) to see if my skin lightened a shade or two.

Searching For that ONE Yoni Egg (Repost)

Is this too early to say I'm in love with yoni eggs? I have my Rose Quartz stone in me. <3

You have no idea how excited I was browsing online at ETSY. They are all so beautiful! I had a couple of shops in mind where I want to buy my second yoni egg, but they didn't have that yoni egg that really struck me. I was looking for that one yoni egg that will make me feel a big resounding YES! There were a few eggs that I like but it wasn't a love at first sight kind of feel, know what I mean? I reminded myself to listen to my body and be honest with myself. I favorited a few yoni eggs especially after I read the description what it was for, but I really wasn't that into it. It was a lot of decision making. You know that feeling like an underlying need that I knew I had to keep looking and keep my eyes open for that one yoni egg? It was honestly a little frustrating and fun at the same time. Yes, that one yoni egg I was looking for is special.

I found one last night that made me really happy! It was one of a kind out of all the yoni eggs. (It was because it was the only shop at that time that caters it) I immediately sent a couple of questions, but within the day, I didn't heard anything from her (owner). I do not know why. Maybe it's a sign that the yoni egg wasn't for me? I do not want to bombard the owner with questions after questions. Even though I want it, I let it go. Perhaps it really wasn't for me; perhaps it was destined for someone else, or it just wasn't my time. :)

I browsed again to other shops that sells yoni eggs [ETSY] and finally found a beautiful stone that works both the root and the sacral chakra! YES!!!!!!! It was the combo I wanted to work on. How beautiful! I was jumping for joy! I was drawn into it. I couldn't take my eyes off of it. This is the one! I immediately had it reserved and the shop owner responded within an hour and said YES. I had to make reservations so I knew my yoni egg won't be taken by anyone.

It feels so good knowing it's reserved for me. I won't be posting the picture. I want to keep it a secret until it lands safely on my hands. I am looking at the yoni egg I reserved earlier... and I really couldn't take my eyes off of it. I could feel its heavy, earth, and solid energy.

Removing the Yoni Egg + Realizations

This has been honestly one of my fears because part of me has doubt if I can remove a yoni egg because I thought it would get stuck FOREVER. I obviously didn't know what to expect or feel because nobody taught me how. I did my research on the how, but still... it makes me anxious if I'd be able to do it. This is going to be a self-discovery for me.

I had the stone inside of me for the last 4-5days. I didn't know I could go on for that long! I heard some women could go on for weeks. I guess my yoni egg wanted to settle inside my womb for a bit. Sometimes I forget that I have an egg inside of me! I try feeling it just to be sure and do kegel exercises while I am at it.

Something comes along the way and this fear (whatever this is that bugs me) starts to rise in me. I could feel this fear; some stuff unresolved. I got to learn to relax, breathe and trust the process. I obviously couldn't get away from it. Something as this simple technique can bring up to a lot of old stuff... and that is why I am here on this journey -- get rid of that 'old stuff'.

Before inserting my yoni egg, I was more attuned to my body and to the stone. I was excited because in just a few minutes this beautiful egg will be inside my body. It is an intimate sacred ritual for me as a woman. It just fills me up and much conscious in the space that I was repressing for years! I wasn't scared that I am doing something like this just for me. Who knew something this precious is crafted for my sacred space. How come nobody taught me this? I mean, really!

Just thinking about it makes me all hyped up to get myself another yoni egg. I'm thinking of getting myself a larger egg to really work on my vaginal muscles... but I'm still in the middle of a debate. You and I will soon find out.

My Rose Quartz yoni egg is a medium size undrilled egg. Drilled yoni eggs has a hole at the narrowest portion so a string can be inserted for easy removal. I have my options, but I decided to get myself an undrilled egg and experience the unknown. Doesn't that sound a little scary? I am here to get to know my yoni, my relationship with my body and FEEL all these feelings -- good and bad -- that may arise within me. One thing I have learned is that: I cannot stop the bad things happening around me. I am not saying just accept them either, but feel these emotions and acknowledge them with an open heart. I had my yoni egg for 4-5days and I successfully pushed the yoni egg just hours ago. I did it! Squatting is a good position to push the egg out. (Do it inside the bathroom) It took concentration, deep breathing and push to get my yoni egg out with ease. I caught it in my hands just in time and buried it in the soil to charge it energetically. Of course I shouldn't overdo the exercise. I still want my pelvic muscles toned and flexible and not stress the muscles too much as it can lead to an opposite effect. We don't want that to happen.

So there you have it! I did it! This was my 3rd insertion over the last month and two weeks by the way. :) I better space the next one weeks from now.

Deep down, I want to thank someone who got me into this path. It was this person who inspired me to look at myself from within. It was an unexpected day of my life and I am happy this person showed me the BS I was in. It was that day that I will not forget. Since that day I looked for answers everywhere, and still am as I stitch every pieces together. And each day I keep it as a reminder of what has to be done. To this person, I THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. I wish I can tell it to this person personally... if I can, that is. This person's inner strength is very admirable... but something also tells me this person has an issue that needs to be worked on. Nobody is perfect. We all go through some darkness in our lives.

TIME TO BLAST SOME SONGS IN THIS HOUSE!!!!
I want to practice on how to push the yoni egg out in me at will. I had my medium undrilled Rose Quartz yoni egg inside me the last few days and, for some reason, I was scared. There goes those unresolved stuff in me. *smiles* It took me courage to push the yoni egg out even though I already did it before. I am definitely learning something new about me. This is about me taking my time, patience, trust and developing a relationship with my body. I could touch the stone inside of me; my muscles were tense and warm and, as I relax, I tried guiding its way. And within few minutes, the stone was out! I thanked my yoni egg and buried it under the ground immediately.

I do not know any woman in my area who uses yoni eggs so imagine I had to look online for answers. I could feel in me after I listened to an hour long webinar that I wanted a yoni egg. I really do. I have no idea I had a part in me that would go through something like this. This is all about me. I am doing this for me. My husband was scared for me when I first inserted a yoni egg. I can recall the look on his face when I told him about it. I told him it was okay and not to worry... even though I'm kind of a bit worried myself. LOL! But now he is totally fine about it and supports me with these yoni eggs.
