OMG! Caramel Tea? That is so interesting. I don't have problems falling asleep as far as I know, but Caramel flavored tea? That sounds delicious for a tea! I got to try that.

I am conscious about what I eat so I bought an each. I have tried flaxseeds, hemp seeds and chia seeds before, and I always add them in my food or smoothies to give them a little boost. I am no nutritionist or any health professional, but an average girl who prefers to eat healthy. Not necessarily vegetarian. I still have one of those cheat days, but as much as possible, I opt for something good for my body.
