I do not use this during mid-day. However, I prefer to use it as soon as I get out of the shower, and as an addition to my evening skincare routine. Everyday, I spray within an arm's length to my face, neck and decolletage (and after I applied my toner at night.) My skin looks and feels soft like a baby's. These soaps are not only good for our skin, but also for our planet! My skin feels nice and soft every time I bathe without drying. If you may have noticed, all of their soaps are in plain white bars with an embossed logo. It takes a whiff to figure out what kind of soap you get in case you are surrounded with tons of their cleansing bars. I did not understand it the first time they released their soaps. Here's why: they want to keep their soaps as pure and safe for everyone, and to our earth, without the use of harmful chemicals.

The CLEAN COTTON Scented Cleansing Bar reminds me a lot of their Fragrance-Free Gentle Cleansing Bar though, but with a hint of a smell to it that is just right. I am not a fan of scents of "clothes fresh out of the dryer" kind.

Moisturizing and gentle to my skin. This soap makes me want to eat it as it reminds me of a bowl of fresh strawberries and milk. What's even surprising is that this bar comes in color PINK! Why? Because most of their soaps come in a white bar of soap in whatever variant it was. Lovely, isn't it? The tiny microbeads that exfoliate my skin do okay, but not to what I consider 'invigorating'. It is cold processed soap and free of harmful chemicals... and it is in pink! Remember that! :3

Lucky for me this sunblock was on SALE! Why was that? According to the saleslady I talked to a month ago, she said this sunblock will soon be discontinued and the company will create a sunscreen for kids with an SPF30. They had to bring down the price because... they had to! From Php600, it was marked down to Php399.75.

You might also be wondering why I am using a sunscreen for KIDS. It's simply for me; I like to use it that's all.

Even as for an adult myself, this sunscreen is good and it protected me while I was out in the sun. I always give it a good shake and apply sunscreen on to my clean skin. It smells like KAOLIN CLAY and I do not like the smell of it. But I had to forget the smell and remind myself I am doing it for my skin. The sunscreen feels sticky and will leave a white film on to the skin -- which is not surprising at all because it supposed to happen. I always make sure to give myself an extra 15-20minutes before leaving the house just to be sure it has settled on my me and sealed my skin from the sun! I pay extra attention to my face, neck, decolletage, the back of my hands and other areas exposed to the sun. I did not experience any irritation or breakouts when I used this product. If the white film is worrying you, it will leave no trace of it after you give it a few minutes and you're good to go. Unless it's your first time using sunscreen, it will take time to add a few adjustments but it is a good investment that will protect your skin for years!

I know I should've used sunscreen with SPF30, but I surely will buy one once I ran out of this. If I feel I need to reapply during the day, even for an oily skin myself, it does feel uncomfortable. I use a blotting paper to soak excess oil, then apply sunscreen. I try not to think about the sticky feeling that much but once I am done, it feels good to be protected from the UV rays. The white film is very evident which makes me look like a zombie in public, but it will settle in a few minutes. Give it time. I travel anywhere with this sunscreen on hand, I am careful not to squeeze the tube by accident and prevent it from spilling all over my bag.

I've always loved Human Heart Nature's berries body wash scent, but I think I'd rather go something different and try their SWEET ORANGE for a change. Oranges are one of my favorite fruits and its smell always revitalizes my senses before I start my day.

This orange scented natural body wash is amazing! It is a natural product; Paraben-free and SLS/SLES free. I love how my skin feels every single time. My skin wasn't irritated. It is moisturizing, and leaves skin soft. It lathers well and a little of it goes a long way. It was surprising to find that the body wash was slightly thick, translucent and smells great! I love it! It's probably their new formula.

Human Heart Nature is all about being proud and celebrating the skin we are in. Everywhere nowadays are whitening skin treatments left and right. For us Filipina with morena skin (and every skin tone from all over the globe!), it is all about loving and seeing the beauty the skin we all are in. I am happy this is one Philippine product that doesn't introduce whitening infused products from their soaps, creams or lotions.

I think I would try the GENTLE BERRY scent when I ran out of this. I wish they would come up with more scents like chocolate or vanilla!

Human Heart Nature Fragrance-Free Gentle Cleansing Bar

I'm not sure on this, but is this the 'new' version of their Natural Cleansing Bar I reviewed a year and a half ago? Click here. Hmm... I think it is the upgraded look of the soap. The packaging is perfectly coordinated with the rest of Human Heart Nature's soaps. I like it.

I needed a fragrance-free mild soap to cleanse an item that is very delicate. (I can't tell you what it is) And since I bought it, I decided to try it for myself. I do not have sensitive skin and I am happy this soap provided supple and softer skin after I took a bath. I always apply lotion after I got of the bathroom to seal moisture. I can't stand it when women tell me they don't need to apply lotion just because the soap they are using is moisturizing enough. It didn't caused me any allergic reaction while using the cleansing bar. I like that it is Philippine-made, affordable and made with natural ingredients. I did not used this soap on my face.

I like it, but I still prefer soaps with scents in them. It makes me happy cleansing myself with scents that I love!

This soap is perfect for people with sensitive skin.

Human Heart Nature Nourishing Toner

I really love Human Heart Nature's Hydrating Toner because it has Moringa (Malunggay) extract in it. Everyone knows how beneficial the moringa to our body! Read my review here! I've been using this toner for years and this will definitely be a must have for me. Unfortunately, I have this feeling I got to switch to another toner just to give my skin something new. Updating our skincare routine will keep our skin in its top performance; it'll help keep our skin cells work and not fluctuate in the long run.

I bought the Nourishing Toner suited for normal and sensitive skin. But you're probably wondering why use it when I have oily skin. Why shouldn't I use a toner suited for my skin's needs? Simple: it's just what I feel like to use at the moment. And it worked out perfectly over the last couple of weeks. I also did a review about their Nourishing Toner, read it here. I mentioned that the 'old' formula made my skin sting, but it was cleared by Human Heart Nature that it was actually a cooling sensation. I do not know how to answer that, but this toner, with its new packaging, which also means it is in NEW formula, will be gentle for everyone to use.

Northing but fresh, soft and breathtakingly smooth skin!

Guess what? I LOVE THEIR NOURISHING TONER! :) It definitely didn't caused my skin to sting, breakouts or dryness. It is mild on the skin. The scent still has that bubblegum that I really look forward to. If you are familiar with Bazooka, that's what it smells like. My skin feels and looks amazing. They have definitely improved the formula while still keeping that bubblegum scent. (How do they do that?) It is natural; no harmful chemicals, no synthetic preservatives, and alcohol which are a big no-no's to sensitive skin. Do pair it with their Nourishing Facial Wash if you still can't get enough with tomatoes in your skincare regimen.

This is going to be my current favourite toner from this day forth. I am happy we have a nearest Human Heart Nature store in my area. It's easy to restock and chat about what's the latest. :)

Human Heart Nature Calming Massage Oil

Massages are so good! Gives me that spa treatment right in the comfort of my home. It eases my breathing; calms my mind, body and soul; and the room also smells nice with this massage oil! I'd see to it I'd get myself a massage at least once a month. A definite guilty pleasure!

It varies from two sizes: 95ml (Php195) and 195ml (Php360). I get to choose their Calming Massage Oil. I need a massage oil ready in case. I do not like them (the masseuse) use mineral oil on me.

Human Heart Nature Heritage Oil: Rosemary Oil

Human Heart Nature has come up with exciting Heritage Oils: Rosemary, Orange, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, and Lavender. I was torn between Lavender and Orange. After a long debate, I finally chose one heritage oil and that suits what I need.

I've decided to purchase their Rosemary Oil. I absolutely love the scent: very relaxing and melts my heart every time. Plus it's wonderful addition to my hair care routine every week. If you want to know how I do it, read on.

Mind & Mane Boost

A universal symbol of memory, sprigs of rosemary were thought to help keep one's senses focused and alert with their invigorating scent. Rosemary oil has also earned a reputation as a traditional tonic to help boost the growth of healthy hair.

Ingredients:

caprylic/capric triglyceride, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) stem essential oil

I had short hair back in October 2013, and just a year ago, I wanted to see a different me and let my hair grow longer. (Currently past my shoulder) I feel extra girly. I visited my hairdresser just 3 weeks ago to get a trim and got myself bangs. Was she surprised to see me because it has been 15 months since I last visited her salon. I am searching online for any quick and natural way to keep my hair healthy. I had an awful experience at some salons who used harsh chemicals on my hair which left it dry, almost like a broom. Good thing my hair regained back its lush... or else.

When I found this Rosemary Oil and read how it is perfect for my crown and glory, I knew this is the one. Was I jumping with joy when I got home with the rest of the stuff I purchased at Human Heart Nature. :)

Here's how I make my own natural hot oil for my hair. Olive Oil has also tons of wonderful benefits and one of them is for our hair. I like to do this hair mask once a week before I take a shower. You can read my previous post about this here.

• 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil*
• 2-3 drops of Rosemary Oil
• Shower cap or plastic bag

*It depends how much product your hair needs. Adjust accordingly. It is also suggested to use Human Heart Nature's Sunflower Oil... but I decided to change it up. A little rebel of me, eh!

Pour the olive oil in a small bowl and let it heat in a microwave for 15-20 seconds. Do not exceed the time limit. You just want to make it warm. We do not want to burn yourself nor your beautiful hair! Add 2-3 drops of rosemary oil. Massage the oil onto your scalp. Cover your hair with shower cap or plastic bag to trap heat for half an hour. Rinse it off with warm water; do not use hot or cold water! My hair feels soft after I take a bath. I'm struggling with hair fall though I've read some reviews this Rosemary Oil helped managed their hair fall.

Come to think of it, after my haircut 3 weeks ago, my hair got longer. Well, of course, our hair obviously grows long, but my hair seemed to have grown a little faster... and it is just the end of January. :)

Here are some other ways you can use with Rosemary Oil:

Strengthened Strands

Add a few drops of Rosemary Oil to your favourite Strengthening Shampoo. Gently work it into a rich lather on your hair. Rinse thoroughly.

Scalp & Tresses Treat

In a small bowl, combine Sunflower Beauty Oil with a few drops of Rosemary Oil until well-blended. Massage the mixture onto your scalp and slowly comb through your hair down to the tips with your fingers. Cover your hair with a shower cap and over it, a soft bath towel. Leave it on for half an hour, then rinse well.

Invigorating Delight

For an extra boost of concentration, put a few drops of Rosemary Oil in your index and middle fingers and gently rub them together to warm the oil. Place your fingertips on your temples and slowly massage, starting from the ends of your eyebrows, circling up towards your hairline and back down again.

Pretty Power Up

Fill the bowl on top of an essential oil burner with water and add a fews drops of Rosemary Oil. Place a lighted tea candle under the bowl. For a quarter of an hour, pamper your locks with Daily hair Treatment and de-stress your skin with Detoxifying Mask + Scrub as the scent of rosemary energises your senses.

Quick Frazzle Fix

Feeling out of focus? Take a quick break from work or studying. Put a few drops of Rosemary Oil on your palms and cup over your mouth and nose for up to a minute.

It feels luxurious! A definite treat for my hair. Any girl would love to do a hair treatment right in the comfort of their home.

One of my favourite candies are GUMMI BEARS! I love how chewy and sweet and colorful and cute and the memories I had eating this candy. I'm not talking just any gummi bear you can find. I'm quite particular when it comes to brand. I remember eating a whole bag of it just for me! :) And guess how excited I was when I found this soap with this yummy scent. I wanted to bathe myself with this and relinquish everything.

The packaging is cute. I like that there is a trivial fact at the back which kids (and adults) will also learn something about wildlife. Inside is a white block of soap, with natural glycerin and cold-processed without any of that harmful chemicals, so you know you're giving your kids and yourself the best. Very bubbly and does leave skin moisturised after shower. Only thing is, I don't smell any of that gummy berry scent I was looking forward to. I was expecting that delicious berry scent because the gummi bears I know are sweet and very tempting. This soap doesn't bring that and my inner child is sad.

I hope they reformulate or add something like an oomph to this soap's scent because I hardly smelled anything.

Even still, this soap is awesome and any kid will surely love it.

One of my new favorite soaps from Human Heart Nature besides their Lavender Mint.

The scent is so calming and somehow reminds me of vanilla and rosemary. The tiny scrubs in this soap is okay; it doesn't hurt my skin or anything. I still use a loofah to scrub myself with every time I shower. It leaves the skin moisturized and supple without the harsh chemicals and all the goodness of vanilla.

I didn't used this for my face.

I would highly suggest to pair this with their Natural Healthy Lotion Vanilla Delight. Now that I think of it, I do hope they'd come up with a body wash also in vanilla.

I would definitely repurchase.

I always apply lotion after I take my shower to lock-in moisture. (It's been a routine I do since I was a kid.) This lightweight lotion has a thin consistency leaving the skin not too greasy but silky smooth. Now that it's summer, this lotion amazingly sinks right into my skin making it nourished and healthy at the same time; it spreads easily and a little goes a long way. The antioxidants in this lotion makes me feel luxurious every time I slather this in my body because I knew I am giving my skin what it needs to keep it happy. I especially pick this lotion after I take a shower at night to give my skin an extra boost while I sleep. The scent reminds me of baby powder... and I didn't much liked it at all; I guess it's okay. Only thing is this lotion has no SPF in it; I had to apply a layer of sunblock to protect myself from the harmful UV rays.

This isn't a whitening lotion.

Great product! Philippine-made. 100% without harmful chemicals. No parabens. No mineral oil. No synthetic fragrances.

Human Heart Nature 100% Natural Scented Cleansing Bars

SUMMER is here! Basking out in the sun while drinking fresh coconut water! Roadtrips from here and there! Summer classes! Fun under the sun!!! But with all the humid, a nice cool bath is one perfect to beat it. I got refreshing scented soaps from Human Heart Nature that I tried these past few weeks. I did mention in my previous blog that they'd hopefully create variety of scented soaps, but I wasn't expecting they'd be released that fast. I am guessing it is one of their popular demand who love to use natural products and from the brand itself.

Human Heart Nature came out with three (3) natural cleansing bars to try: Aloe Fresh; Lemon Zest, and Lavender Mint. I bought them the day after they released their third soap, Lavender Mint last March 22nd. They had a sale and I personally couldn't resist. I had to go straight on my nearest Human Heart Nature location to get my fix.

The packaging of these soaps are very vintage-y and I like that. But personally, they look a little separated from the rest of the packaging from their other products. I kind of get it that wanted something fun and new since these scented soaps had just got its release and wanted to give customers something interesting at the same time.

Each of these bars are individually wrapped in plastic; weighs 120g for Php74.75 each which makes it affordable and natural as they are "cold-processed to retain their natural glycerin, which helps keep your skin soft and supple... cold-processing consumes less energy and produces less waste. Our soaps are 100% natural, skin-friendly, and Earth-friendly. Bathe only in goodness!"

Did you know: It took us more than two years to develop our cleansing bars because we wanted to create soap that’s truly good for the skin and the earth! They are without any trace of BHT and EDTA, discoloration-preventing chemicals commonly found in many soap bars that can irritate the eyes and skin. EDTA in particular makes the skin structure more vulnerable, allowing chemicals to penetrate deeper into the skin.*

Though the soaps come in fresh scents, they do, however, come in one look: white block of soap. You won't know what kind it is unless you take a sniff to figure it out. I wasn't expecting to find a plain looking soap, but then I thought, with added chemicals into it, I guess you wouldn't call it "100% Natural" for nothing, right?

Among the three cleansing bars I tried, my favorite of all is the LAVENDER MINT. It leaves a cooling sensation every time you take a bath. The Aloe Fresh, however, reminded me of banana leaves kind of scent. Not that I hate banana leaves; the leaves are necessary to give that vibrant flavor for the food once cooked, but as for soap, I think not. While the Lemon Zest, it obviously has that lemon-y scent; it was okay, but I prefer just a bit more of lemon oil if you will.

These soaps lathers real good and moisturising. Didn't caused me allergies while using these cleansing bars. It melts kind of fast though so keep them dry after using it.

Do remember to keep these soaps away from direct sunlight; check the expiration date and store them in a room below 35 degree Celsius.

I would recommend to try the LAVENDER MINT kind out of the three.
