Etude House Happy Essential Foam Hyaluronic Acid Cleansing Foam

I am in love with this foaming cleanser from ETUDE HOUSE Happy Essential Foam Hyaluronic Acid. I am always looking for moisturizing products to keep my skin hydrated but this cleanser got me curious especially when it says 40% added moisture because of Hyaluronic Acid.

Hyaluronic Acid is an acid that occurs naturally in the skin and holds many times more moisture than the Collagen protein molecule. Its bind and retain essential moisture in the skin layers and reduces the line caused by dehydration.

Happy Essential Foam Hyaluronic Acid Cleansing Foam [Php228]

Formulated with  40% polyol (Glycerine, Sorbitol, PEG-32) content to keep skin feeling moist and soft. With humectants properties, polyol moisturizes without irritation. This creamy cleansing foam gently removes impurities with rich lather, while Hyaluronic Acide promotes hydration. Skin is happy again, feeling clean, smooth and soft. 

ETUDE HOUSE's Happy Essential Foam has five selections to choose from: Collagen 40% (pink), Hyaluronic Acid 40% (blue), Vitamin C 40% (yellow), Witch Hazel 30% (brown), and White Clay 30% (gray). Each of them has its own specific function to keep your skin in healthy and moisturized.

The product comes in a 150ml flip-top easy-to-squeeze tube. Its texture is thick, smooth and creamy cleansing foam inside. It smells really good and very gentle on the skin once lathered. A pea-size amount is all it takes to wash off the dirt and sebum on one's face.

Even for an oily skin like me, I still prefer to use this because I like to keep that moisture as much as possible. After few washes, I've noticed a significant added hydration on my skin. I don't have those tool Koreans use to measure the amount of moisture percentage on skin but it made my skin look plump... and I LOVE it. I didn't experience any irritation or break-outs. Though I couldn't tell how tough it is to remove make-up.

I am really kind of curious the one in pink tube.

My feet needs a little pampering. I've been up on my toes a lot and I do feel my feet are calling out on me. This may sound gross to a lot of people though, but I wanted my feet to gently peel its way and bring out that soft and beautiful skin. Yes, shred the old skin! Just because summer is over, doesn't mean I had to neglect my feet. I bought two HOLIKA HOLIKA's Baby Silky Foot One Shot Peeling Foot Mask and one of their Baby Silk Foot Mask Sheet because I watched a review on Youtube and they say it works amazing! I had to give it a shot.

A box contains one pair of big plastic multi-layered socks for your feet and two packets of feet peeling serum -- one for your left and right foot. Wear the plastic socks provided, pour the serum in each foot, securely tie, and let it soak for an hour and a half. Afterwards, wash it with water, then do your own thing as you wait for your skin to peel which takes about 4-7 days. I suggest sloshing the serum all throughout your feet, and not just your soles, to get your feet a complete make-over after the peeling process. It is a bit tricky walking around with these squishy socks on so make yourself comfortable while waiting; it felt like I am about to slide every walk I take. But that's just me. :)

Some people had their feet peeling by the 4th day, but in my experience, the peeling started on the 7th day; I can see it peel starting from my toes, then slowly my whole feet. That's just awesome! (Yes, it fascinates me!) I was even tempted to 'help' peel that skin away but I try not to. It doesn't even hurt at all; it gently peels away that rough and hard skin on one's feet. You will definitely shred around your house just to get you a heads up.

I would suggest using these whenever you feel like your feet are rough or something; not every month though.

...after your feet has been completely peeled, use a foot mask to give that new skin a wonderful essence to keep it soft and moisturized.

1. Wash your feet cleanly and dry them

2.  Divide foot mask sheet into two pieces along the dot line, put your foot into non-woven fabric wet with essence and wear it.

I really intended to wait for me to use this foot mask. I prefer to use this after my feet are completely peeled after using Baby Silky Foot One Shot Peeling. There are two huge socks inside each packet; each of those socks are already stuffed with that wonderful essence. Put them on and wait for 15-20 minutes to get it absorbed on your (new) skin.

Great product you can use not only for summer. I would definitely recommend these. Who doesn't like nice looking feet?

THE FACE SHOP Volcanic Clay Black Head Scrub Gel Oil

I couldn't help but notice the unsightly blackheads and whiteheads on my face. I always make sure I use a nose strip once a week to remove them and give my pores a breather after been clogged from the dirt and sebum. Luckily I found this item from THE FACE SHOP a year ago because I wanted to try something new aside from using nose strips.

This Black Head Gel Oil ensures effective yet non aggressive treatment to blackheads. 50 ml.

How to Use:

After cleansing and drying, dispense appropriate amount of the gel oil and apply onto the face and nose area with dense blackhead concentration. Gently massage into skin and rinse off with warm water.

The New Zealand Volcanic Clay Black Head Gel Oil comes in a 50ml tube. Gently massage the gel oil on areas on one's face to remove blackheads. It has a nice smell to it too. It has these micro scrubs that will help remove dead skin cells. It feels sticky after been applied.

I wasn't impressed by this product. I've been using this for the past few weeks to safely remove blackheads on my nose but I didn't see any significant results. First of, I have no idea how long should I massage this on my face. Though I do get the idea; to loosen the blackhead to get it easily removed down from the very pore! Few minutes have passed, and I was getting impatient. Perhaps my blackheads are really THAT stubborn?? LOL! After massaging the product (which feels like forever), --- I didn't do anything really. I let it sit there on my face hoping the gel oil would slightly heat up since it did read 'VOLCANIC CLAY' on the packaging... but it didn't happen either.

I still have a lot of product left... and I have no idea what to do with it. Maybe it'd still give it a try that maybe, just maybe, some miracle, it would work. I'll update you all if there are any progress. :)

I recommend their New Zealand Volcanic Clay Black Head Aloe Nose Strip! I love this product a lot. I should have bought a lot of these instead!

The packaging is just cute; white, pink, and overall dainty. I just love raspberries! When I read raspberries written in the packaging, I simply just had to get it. Love that fruity smell of this product. It has a gel-type consistency, light-weight and easily absorbs to the skin without feeling greasy.

A sleeping pack is that last step to be applied in anyone's skin care regimen. I prefer to use this at night on my face, neck and decolletage every 1-2 times a week depending on my skin's needs. You don't really that much because a pea-size of this product is all it takes. It fascinates me that these products give the skin that dewy effect almost like it's shiny.

It didn't caused me breakouts or allergies while I used this product for the past few months now.

By morning, my skin looks hydrated and brings back that glow.... and made my skin more oilier.

I would love to repurchase but I am thinking of getting a new kind of sleeping pack as soon as I ran out of this.

Etude House Moistfull Aloe Soothing Lotion

I ran out of my moisturizer and I was in the hunt for it. While we were at ETUDE HOUSE, I spotted this and found the name itself cute, moistfull. I have heard about this one (the one in orange packaging), but I decided to try this instead. I haven't read any reviews online on any products I bought at ETUDE HOUSE. Considering this is a Korean brand and they know what they're talking about when it comes to skin care, of course I had to buy it. It took me forever to read (the packaging) and decide which products I'd purchase... and I can see, at the corner of my eye, my fiance was getting impatient. LOL!

Moistfull Aloe Soothing Lotion 180ml [Php628]

Aloe Moistfull Soothing Lotion is a milk textured lotion containing Baobab Tree extracts and Organic Aloe that soothes the skin with soft and comfortable wear. Provides fresh moisture for skin. Ethanol-free. Oil free. Paraben free. talc free.

Directions: Apply the lotion on the skin from the center of the face to the outside, after using toner. With gentle patting, let the skin thoroughly absorb the moisture.

I am a third away before I ran out of this product. Don't worry; I've come in prepared and bought a back-up (a different brand) just in case. :)

This Aloe Moistfull Lotion is part of Etude House's Aloe Moistfull line. It comes with their: Aloe Moistfull Soothing Gel, Aloe Moistfull Skin, Aloe Moistfull Lotion, Aloe Moistfull Cream, and their Aloe Moistfull Mist. I would love to purchase the whole set, but I'm on a tight budget and I had to pick. *sigh*

I love the thick glass-type packaging. That way, I can see how much product is still left. I hate it when I had to take a guess if I still have enough to last me for few weeks... then find out later it's empty and I do not have any back-up with me. What I didn't like about this, however, is that I had to tilt the bottle to get a hold of of the product. I thought it would come with a handy dispenser but it wasn't. But good thing I didn't have to wait forever to get some product out from this bottle. 

The Aloe Moistfull Lotion has a white thick milky texture and does smell like any lotion... or was it aloe?; nothing sweet nor does it have any feminine scent into it. A little of this product goes a long way! It absorbs quickly, mild and it does make my skin look moist, like it's sprinkled with water droplets -- and I find this a good thing. I may have oily skin, but that not necessarily mean I would forget to moisturize. Sometimes I ignore that sticky feeling I get from this because as long as it gives me great results, I do not let it bother me. I do a gentle patting motion afterwards because... I've seen Korean women do it. LOL! It sure is relaxing.

As much as possible, I only use this during my night skin care routine, but when I see my skin needs some boost, I (rarely) also apply this in the morning. Not only I apply this gently on my face, but I also make sure I keep my neck, decolletage and the back of my hands moisturized at night. As a girl, I've learned never to neglect these areas because no matter how much one take care of the face, the skin on these delicate areas are sure fire hints to guess a woman's age.

By morning, my skin looks happy and supple.

An unexpected find while I was in Mall of Asia (MOA) months ago while I was browsing for some skin care products in Etude House. LOL!

First of all, I didn't know what 'ZERO' exactly meant written in the packaging; I thought it meant less oily skin or minimize premature wrinkles. I asked the salesperson what it meant, but she doesn't know either. Looking closely at the box, it says serum in a spray bottle, (I thought it was one of those spray mists) and that's exactly what I need. I had to get it. I ran out of serum for months now, I believe. It's perfect.

I love to use this every time I do my night time skin care routine after I applied my toner. Just 2-3 sprays is all I need and my skin loves it targeting not only my face but also my neck and decolletage. Spray this at least 20cm away from your face; avoid contact with eyes. It helps my skin bring back that moisture and keeps it hydrated during my sleep. The scent has this beautiful fragrance and very feminine. It really doesn't feel like serum at all like the ones I had to apply on my face using my fingers but its more likely as water. It gets absorbed right away since it did say it takes ZERO SECONDS. I love that this one is in a spray bottle because it gets the job done without the hassle -- quick and simple. Didn't experienced any allergic reaction.

To keep that moisture locked-in, you have to use this (and/or any other skin care products) immediately after cleansing. Leave your skin slightly damp because the water itself (after you washed your face) is another great way to make your skin hydrated while applying your cream. This is why I do not want to interrupted while I do my skin care routine especially at night. My fiance didn't understand me at first, but he realized how important this is to me. :)

Use this product within 12 months after opening.

This is the first product I have seen so far with a tiny Philippine flag in their packaging.

 I find it surprising to see this soap in green. With the packaging this cute, I would have thought it'd be pink or white. It smell a little teensy bit of pineapple into it.

I've been using this soap on my face, twice a day for a 5-6 weeks now, and I got to say, this soap still lasts in my soap dish. I let the bubbles sit on my face for 2-3 minutes and it doesn't sting at all. The packaging mentioned "a slight tingling or prickling sensation" probably because the calamansi and pineapple extract can be a little harsh because it is a natural AHA, but I did NOT experienced any redness or anything. But it is always good to caution buyers and I like that.

My face is acne-free even when I have that time of the month! However, I couldn't tell if it made my pores look better than it was. I mean, shouldn't pores be cleansed by extracting the whiteheads and blackheads with a pore strip, THEN use a product after to keep pores clean from its core and thus reduce its size? Yes, I am a curious girl.

I love that it made my skin healthy, supple, and hydrated.

Did I mention I love skin care products with CALAMANSI in it? It is packed with Vitamin C... so you know you are getting the good stuff. :)

Use a sunblock to protect yourself from the sun.
