One of my new favorite soaps from Human Heart Nature besides their Lavender Mint.

The scent is so calming and somehow reminds me of vanilla and rosemary. The tiny scrubs in this soap is okay; it doesn't hurt my skin or anything. I still use a loofah to scrub myself with every time I shower. It leaves the skin moisturized and supple without the harsh chemicals and all the goodness of vanilla.

I didn't used this for my face.

I would highly suggest to pair this with their Natural Healthy Lotion Vanilla Delight. Now that I think of it, I do hope they'd come up with a body wash also in vanilla.

I would definitely repurchase.

Tokyo Love Soap [Premium]

I don't know if I am the only girl out here who hasn't heard about this soap, but I've stumbled quite a few Facebook posts recently about this. A lot of girls love this soap as it claims it makes your skin white, soft and supple -- in just one wash.

I bought this in one trusted online store about a month ago; you can purchase it at Shadz Online Shop, Mimi & Tofu or you can purchase it directly at Tokyo Love Shop. The tricky part because of the popularity of this soap is there are a lot of fake ones. As always, I cut the soap in pieces to make this soap last as long as possible. I didn't like the scent at first as it reminds me of something old, but the more I used it, the more I soon loved that feminine and rose scent it has. It lathers really well; it is moisturizing and creamy. No matter how long I let this sit on my skin, it doesn't sting. It makes me want to stay in the shower a bit longer to reap the benefits of this soap. I didn't experienced any allergic reaction or dryness. Though I did notice a slight micropeeling effect on some areas of my body (dead skin!) and it wasn't itchy or anything like that. I still apply lotion after I got out of the shower to lock-in  moisture.

Did I noticed anything whitening after using this within 5 weeks? Yes. I definitely did. It wasn't a drastic white skin after single use or anything for me, but it did slowly lightened, soft to touch, and smooth.

I only used this for my body.

This soap is expensive! I would repurchase if I have enough money.

How many times have I mentioned I love moringa (malunggay) in skin care products! Moringa is so easy to find here and is packed with vitamins and minerals, so hands down. I was so ecstatic to have this item for FREE when I bought over Php1000 worth of SNOE BEAUTY products from one shop couple of months ago. Been eyeing this for a long time and now it is finally here in my hands!

On the side note, I do not have sensitive skin. And that doesn't stop me!

This body lotion has a wonderful floral scent to it. I wasn't expecting it at all! It has a feminine touch to it so I love to apply this all over my body after I got out of the shower especially when I feel I need something extra to give myself a boost for the day. Even if I feel like staying at home, I like to give myself a good pampering. Don't we all? lol!

It is very creamy. It took a few minutes before it sinks into my skin. A little amount definitely goes along way. My skin is soft and smooth to touch, and with its moringa extracts, I know I am giving my skin wonderful benefits.

On the other hand, for it whitening properties, I can't tell you much if it lightened my skin. I've only used this for a week and a half, so I really can't tell you much. Probably if you use this regularly and combining it with their other whitening products, you could see results over time. I didn't experienced any allergies or redness while using it.

I didn't know this has SPF20++ in it because they didn't mention anything neither on their website nor was it written in the packaging. I assumed I had to apply a layer of sunblock if I don't see any information anywhere in the product... but it was mentioned in their Facebook page (see second top photo), so I am a bit confused. I really don't know what else to say...

Might as well apply your favorite sunblock after this product is absorbed right in your skin for protection and not forget to reapply every 2 hours. Besides, the sun IS the number one enemy of the skin if you want to keep it supple, white and free from age spots as long as you can! Always bring your umbrella, sunglasses to hats! lol! I do that.

Yes, I would repurchase! I would love to try their other variety of body softeners. Hope I could see a 250g of these soon because it wasn't enough. I NEED MORE!

Venus & Mars: CPC+G Oil Whitening Treatment

Need something to even out your skin tone? I recently purchased V&M CPC+G Oil a month ago... or should I say, this is actually a repurchase because I have tried this product years ago.

V&M CPC+G Oil Whitening Treatment 20ml [Php235]

Clair Blanche – Papain – Calamansi plus Glutathione! This mixture does not only effectively whiten the skin, it also makes skin healthier because of its Vitamin A, C, E, pottasium and other more essential minerals content! This concoction may be used for the face and body. 

Ingredients: Clair Blanche, Papain, Calamansi, Glutathione

In case some are wondering how the product's name CPC+G originated, it stands for Clair Blanche, Papain, Calamansi plus Gluthatione which are good to help lighten the skin. I really had no idea what it was when I first bought it. So now you know.

What I love about this concentrate is that you can mix it with your lotion, moisturizer or astringent in your skin care. Yes, add drops of this and instantly it is now a whitening concoction. I don't know how it works, but V&M suggested to try it. I can be a little hesitant because certain brands have their own formula... and I don't want to mess things up, if you get my drift.

Directions for Use:Use 1 to 3% or 3 to 6 drops of these babies and mix into your favorite lotion, astringent, cream, moisturizer and EVEN EMU OIL. Emu Oil plus CPC+G is the perfect combo! Emu Oil is the natural oil that penetrates the fastest onto one's skin.

NOTE: If your lotion, astringent, cream or moisturizer has whitening extracts in it, use 1% or 3 drops per 30ml only. 

Hey, what is there to lose? Add few drops of this as recommended in a small batch of your lotion or moisturizer and see how it goes. But if you still feel skeptical, perhaps purchasing other products from V&M would be a better option.

I like it that now this has a convenient pump. My previous purchases of this CPC+G makes it difficult me to control how much I needed, thus it ended up on the floor.

I added a few drops as directed in my favorite body lotion... and, I can't tell for now because some people say my skin has already lightened in the previous years before I start using such as one of these products. I am not saying my skin if perfect; it still has imperfections. I applied my lotion with added drops of CPC+G Oil to even my skin... and I really can't tell for sure.

Sometimes I directly dab a little of this oil to certain areas that needs to lighten while I also use other whitening products. I wouldn't solely rely on this alone. You can browse in their website here. But in my experience, use what ever you think works for you. And with patience, I would say, it did help lighten and brighten certain areas. It wasn't a "Look! My skin is porcelain white" or anything, but it lightened a bit. You can see a difference.

Either way, it didn't caused me allergies or breakouts which is a good thing. A little of this is all you need.

I only used this oil for my body.

Yes, I would repurchase. It made my skin lighten; it wasn't an instant thing, but I can see some difference after a month. Like anyone who wants a healthy skin, be sure to apply sunblock, keep yourself away from the sun especially between 10am-3pm and do exfoliate. Again, don't rely on one product to get results. Use it regularly and patience is key.

Cyleina Black Pearl Soap

I haven't the foggiest idea when was the last time I used this soap. It's been probably ages! LOL! This soap is another skin lightening product which I got for FREE after I purchased a few things from one online seller few weeks ago. I know I already reviewed this few years back at my other blog (now deleted). I weigh my perspective on what I think about this soap.

Look at that little rabbit!

The black, white and grey packaging is very unlikely for a skin lightening soap, but I have to say, it did intrigued me. If I remember correctly, I was drawn to this soap because of its sleek and black packaging, and not because of its skin lightening. Their website mentions that their products are cold-processed, handmade, and organic.  However, the box does not say if it is organic nor does it have an expiration date written on it.

Inside, you will find a circular soap also in black. It is really pretty to look at. It has that minty and sweet scent that is quite lovely and a huge surprise as well for a black soap. Unfortunately, it bothers me how the soap itself is presented in a clear plastic wrap and it is secured with a piece of tape at the back. 

Once you hit the showers using this soap, you will feel that tingling cooling sensation that is relaxing. It makes me want to stay in the shower a bit longer. Leave it on for few minutes before rinsing. It doesn't sting nor did it leave my skin any allergies. I didn't used this soap for my face; I use a different product for that. I would suggest you let this soap dry in a separate soap dish because it will leave a black stain; it'll stain your other soaps, if you use any.

Since it is a MINI Black Pearl Soap, this baby lasted me less than a week. Would you believe that! I love to bathe myself with this soap. It lathers just fine. And because of this summer heat, at least a few minutes in the shower feels cool and takes my mind off the scorching sun! My skin feels soft and smooth too. I apply my body lotion after I got out of the shower.

Did it lighten my skin? Hmm... I can't say now for sure. It is too early for me tell any difference... unless someone tells me my skin lightened a shade.

I find it okay. I loved this soap waaay back then when I first started using it. I really thought this soap was created out of a black pearl soap, but when I read the back carefully, it says, "Inspired by the rare beauty of South Sea Black Pearls". If was created from a black pearl soap, I bet it would be super duper expensive! My point of view is different now. Though I did say I loved that cool feel every time I bathe myself this with especially something to beat the heat this summer... or any season I believe! LOL! I am just not into it.

Always do a patch test first if you have sensitive skin.

Snoe Beauty: Scrumptious Body Spritz Black Pepper

I was thinking of getting a fun fragrance this summer. Luckily, I spotted a selection of body spritz from Snoe Beauty. Was I super excited! I've been eyeing their Scrumptious Body Spritz French Macaroons, Scrumptious Body Spritz Cotton Candy, and Scrumptious Body Spritz Vanilla Bean & Butterscotch. Quite a mouthful, huh? These fragrances have the sweetest and delicious names into it that I believe no girl can walk away from these treats -- until I came along.

By the time I already picked several items, I was down to get one of Snoe Beauty's fragrances. I took a whiff to a lot scents that was available including the Scrumptious Body Spritz French Macaroons, Scrumptious Body Spritz Cotton Candy, and Scrumptious Body Spritz Vanilla Bean & Butterscotch. Unfortunately, I didn't like any of them because they all smell too sweet for me and I can't stand it! I tried other scents perhaps to my liking, but nothing stood out. I was about to give up when I saw this fragrance called SCRUMPTIOUS BODY SPRITZ BLACK PEPPER. I might as well smell every scent available there is before leaving the place... and to everyone's surprise -- and me, I. really. like. it. Somehow this fragrance right here stood out above the rest which was very unexpected!

Scrumptious Body Spritz Black Pepper 120ml [Php299]

The scent is definitely unique perfect for men & women -- and it's even green! I like that! I would never have thought of spraying myself with the fragrance of black pepper; the scent gives that masculine, fresh, and spicy vibe to it. It is interesting to find fine grind black pepper at the bottom of the bottle which you have to give it a quick shake before use. As you spray it to your skin, you will feel a gradual heat; it doesn't give off like something of a 'cool' feel like I thought it would. It alarmed me at first but I guess that's what black pepper supposed to be like. (a.k.a we add it to our food for flavor and kick!)

The packaging is cute and fun. but I don't think it is sturdy enough. It is a perfect size I can take anywhere with me.
