Tomorrow is Valentine's Day! The day to show our love to our significant other how we feel by giving them letters, flowers, chocolates, dinner in a restaurant and tell each other how much we love them. It is really sweet and all..., but the love I wanted to emphasize now is the relationship within YOURSELF. We tell others how we feel, but do we get the chance to look in our eyes and fully be in love with ourselves? This Valentine's Day, let your cup be overflowed with love.
1. Turn the volume up and start dancing. Look at the mirror while dancing and see and feel how your body moves! It's also a great workout and gets the heart pump up. You don't need to tell this to anyone. Just let your body move for you!
2. Say "I LOVE YOU" while looking deeply into your eyes at the mirror. This could be very uncomfortable at first, but saying how much you love yourself is a step to give love to you. Do this every day morning and night or every time you pass a reflection of yourself out in the public, tell to yourself "I LOVE YOU". Allow your heart to open and feel every emotion that may rise without judgement. See that person in the mirror eye to eye, and say the three words it is dying for you to hear: I LOVE YOU.
3. Every time you apply your favorite lotion or coconut oil on your body, say kind words and feel how it feels gracefully. Take the time to let your fingers touch the parts of you. Look at the beauty marks, curve, feel of the softness of your skin with such love. Tell every single cell of your body how you love it.
4. Take a hot bath and splurge a thing on two on organic products that you always love. It could be soaps, bath bombs, epsom salt, body wash that let your body feel how luxurious it is. You can fill the bath tub with rose petals, and light a scented candle or a soft music to get you relaxed. Take a glass of red wine or hot tea with you to soothe you. Or light a Himalayan Salt Lamp near you for added relaxation.
5. If you are curious on some fandom out there that other people kept on loving and talking over and over, give yourself the chance to learn why they love it too. Read the books, see the movie and look it up online what is it about. Or perhaps a hobby you wanted to learn. Whatever it is, don't stop learning!
6. A 10-15minute of meditation out with nature is a good for the mind, body and spirit. It centers you before starting your day and focuses on the present moment. Do not beat yourself up when you are starting. Practice and focus on the breath when you meditate. You can also do yoga. There are videos online that can help you start.
7. Write a love letter to yourself. Tell yourself the positive qualities about you. Pour your heart out and just write what your heart wanted to say.
8. Massages. Well, who doesn't love massages? Let the masseuse use coconut oil for massaging your body.
9. Prepare a healthy meal for yourself. You can have fresh salad, fresh juice (coconut water, fruits and vegetables), kombucha, hot tea or a vegetable sandwich. Nourishing the body within will show on the outside how you take care of it.
10. Receive with grace. No matter how big or small, a simple 'Thank You" while looking at the person in the eye is a beautiful gift because not a lot of people do not take time for this. Feel in your heart how it feels when you receive from other people whether it be a compliment, help, or food.
11. This is optional, but if your body is ready, you can purchase a
Yoni Egg. It may sound scary at first, but it is an intimate way with our wombs after years of shutting her out. It is a crystal shaped like an egg to be inserted inside of a woman's sacred temple. I promise you, it won't get lost inside your body. You can also do a
Yoni Steam if you prefer. Trust me when I say this that it is sexy. Look it up online about it.
12. Learn to say "NO" on things that do not serve you. Say it without being guilty. You are giving to yourself first before anyone. You are the priority. I wouldn't call it being selfish, but I rather call it SELF-LOVE.

13. Buy a sexy lingerie for yourself. Lace? Fun sexy print? Go for it! Throw away the old ones!
14. Gratitude. At the end of the day, be thankful no matter how small it
is. Write it down on your journal. Was it a call from someone? A friend
who listened to you? The sunset? Chocolate? The stars? Fresh watermelon?
List it down.
15. Sleep naked.
16. Breast massage with coconut oil.
This Valentine's Day, or whatever day it be, SELF-LOVE is the most beautiful gift you can to yourself. And it all starts from in the inside. :)
