THE FACE SHOP Cherry Blossom & Perfume Seed Travel Kit

I had this travel kit for free (or was it?) while I was shopping for some skin care products at THE FACE SHOP. Who doesn't like free items before check out? Even though its size is suited for traveling, I do not have the patience to wait.

According to the sales person, I got it for FREE... but something tells me it wasn't.

The scent is heavenly and 'romantic' with its floral packaging. It's one of those products I like to sink myself into when I am pampering myself after a long day. I almost liked the PERFUME SEED CAPSULE BODY WASH because of the scent, but it wasn't moisturizing as I thought it would be... and I really wish it was. The CHERRY BLOSSOM SHAMPOO, CHERRY BLOSSOM RINSE and PERFUME SEED VELVET BODY MILK, however, I didn't like it. Again, the scent is nice but it didn't provided my hair and skin the nutrients I was looking for.

I remember I used to sleep really late around 3-4 o'clock in the morning when I was in high school. Sure it was fun, but that's not how the body works. After I graduated I knew it was time to change my habits little by little until it became a lifestyle. I am more cautious and would really hate it if I missed my bedtime. I really really really hate it! I stick to my bedtime because little steps do make a huge difference!

I used this eye patch last night after my evening skin care routine. It feels nice and actually my favourite among the other gel patches I reviewed recently from THE FACE SHOP (Cherry Cherry Lips and Goodbye Smile Fold). It perfectly stayed underneath my eyes and it is quite relaxing. I had it on for 20 minutes (I read, blasted some tracks real loud and checked some stuff online) and I feel good as new! I like that the patch is large and thin enough to cover the inner to the outer corner of my eyes. The essence smells nice; I didn't know it has broccoli extract in it until now.

I wouldn't really depend on the product alone if anyone has dark circles. It is still better to get 7-8 hours of sleep every night to give the body proper rest and rejuvenate itself after a long day. Avoid too much tugging on the skin and squinting to minimise wrinkles around the eyes. Wear sunglasses during the day and (re)apply sunblock! Use an umbrella or wear a hat with a wide brim for more protection from the sun. Eat nutritious food rich in vitamins and minerals everyday. Purchase a hydrating eye cream. Drinking water can also help replenish from the inside out and plumps the skin. Plus, looking at the world with beauty will also help change our perspective every day. It also gives the eyes a friendly and innocent look into it. Try it. :)

I do like this one, but I find it expensive. I could use it if I have enough money or before certain occasions, but for now, I do not think I would be purchasing this at least for several months. For now, I think I would stick to two used chilled tea bags and place them over my eyes for total relaxation. It feels like paradise!!! I also get a cup of hot green tea for its antioxidants!

THE FACE SHOP Modeling Gel Patch Cherry Cherry Lips

This is the second Modeling Gel Patch I bought from THE FACE SHOP for the lips. I never noticed it for months until I realised it was sitting in my holy grail of creams and potions for months waiting for me to make a product review. Dry and chapped lips don't look pretty on anyone! It makes me uncomfortable. I am so conscious on my lips, I get them exfoliated as soon as I see any flake.

Lip mask that offers moisture to dry lips. It has cranberry extract to offer nutrition to the lips.

Face Yoga for moisturised lips

1. Press the lips together and put them inside the mouth

2. Breathe out and stretch it and let go to make a 'pop' sound. Repeat 3 times.

Directions:

1. After the face yoga, take out the patch and put it on the lips accordingly.

2. Remove after 10-15 minutes. Tap lightly to absorb the remaining essence.

The lip mask is a gel type shaped in a luscious and pink lips. It has cranberry extract to provide moisture to one's lips. Do the face yoga as instructed and smack this on for 10-15 minutes. Tap the remaining essence for absorption. Discard after use.

I had my lips exfoliated before I used this patch. It doesn't taste like cranberries or anything. It does look cute. I took out the patch and placed it on my lips but I find it frustrating as it slips and glides everywhere. I almost had it ripped! I try hard not to move any facial muscle, but it just doesn't work. It won't stay in one place. I lied down to keep this mask on my lips... and it worked, thankfully. I had it on for 10 minutes and it felt nice. 

But do I really like it? No. Not really. It does look cute, but it doesn't give that hydrating boost I was looking for for my lips. It was okay.

How to achieve a beautiful lips:

1. Gently exfoliate.

2. Stop smoking. It causes darkening and creases around the mouth.

3. Hydrate with water and eat food rich in antioxidants.

4. Massage lips with organic coconut oil to prevent fine lines.

5. For dark lips, use almond oil to naturally lighten them. 

6. Say kind words to yourself and to other people. Gossiping, jealousy, anger, and greed can lead to a harsh looking mouth in the long run.

Smile. It looks good on you when YOU smile.

I've heard about these kind of hydrating patches for the eyes and lips, but for smile folds? This one is new to me. People smile everyday, but I guess the more prominent it is (also called nasolabial folds), that causes us to worry. It causes to sag because the ligaments in our mouth loosen due to loss of collagen. Yup! There's that word again -- COLLAGEN.

Boost up your skin strength with face yoga and this amazing patch! A patch that will crete a lively look around the mouth area by making the skin smooth and resilient.

Face Yoga Smile Fold

1. Make an 'O' shape out of mouth with eyes closed.

2. Keep the 'O' shape and move mouth from left to right. Repeat 10 times.

Directions:

After the face yoga, peel off the film and stick the patch well around the mouth area.

Take off the patch after 20-40minutes and tap skin lightly to get it absorbed.

I do not think it meant we shouldn't smile everyday because it is quite impossible not to smile. But when it comes to wrinkles, toning them down a bit would benefit a lot in the long run. Prevention is always better than cure.

I let these patches sit around my mouth as I am blogging after I did the face yoga smile for 10 times. It feels nice and moist because of its essence. I do not have huge smile folds but since I am curious on the product, I tried it. It looks kind of funny, but hey, it is all for beauty! The patches are not reusable; discard the patches after use. After 40minutes, I peeled the patch and slightly tap the remaining essence. The expiration date are written at the back too.

I couldn't tell any difference because it is only my first time I used the product. I think I have to use this every single day to get a result but I find it expensive thinking about it. I surely can't buy dozens even though you know I like to keep a back up. It isn't practical to purchase these but awesome just to try something new though I really wouldn't consider it as a must. I could use the money for a cream that really targets for any concerns I may have underneath the skin. These kind of patches seem to only work on the surface and the essence doesn't seem that very moisturising to me.

At least I get to learn how to exercise my facial muscles... but then again, I can always look it up online don't I? I've seen tons of videos from face yoga method, facial massage using Chinese spoons, how to minimize puffiness on the face, or how to get a natural v-shape face! They're everywhere! There are tons of information online and I am committing myself (again) to a list of facial exercises that I have learned a year back. We always work out for our body to keep it toned, our face has also muscles to prevent it from sagging due to gravity. So yes, time to look it up online if you haven't!

I have also mentioned COLLAGEN, the building block in our skin to keep it elastic. Here are the must to know:

1. Stop smoking.

2. Apply sunblock during the day and reapply. Still got to look for shelter from the harmful rays!

3. Do not drink too much alcohol or sodas. Keep oneself hydrated with WATER!

4. Eat food with antioxidants and essential fatty acids like olive oil, avocado, almonds, carrots, broccoli and salmon to hydrate the cells from the inside out.

5. Purchase a hydrating cream rich in collagen and hyaluronic acid.

6. Do not tug your skin too much especially when removing make-up. Treat the face delicately.

7. When taking a shower, you can easily remove any flaky residue on your lips using your finger. Finish it off with a moisturising lip balm.

8. Say kind words to yourself and to other people. Repeated words with jealousy, anger, greed, and gossiping can overtime lead to a 'harsh looking mouth'.

9. Follow the facial exercises regularly to see results.

10. Smile. What's stopping us to smile?

THE FACE SHOP - Flebote White Crystal Brightening Emulsion

The Korean skincare routine has made an impact to a lot of women (like ME!!!) because of their beautiful porcelain skin. It is no secret how many products they add on their face every night, and I admire their discipline and patience. It is all about layering products to give our skin plump and supple. To some, it may seem like forever to get it done, but once you are used to it, it is a must no matter what!

I finally got myself an emulsion from THE FACE SHOP. This is completely new to me. I haven't tried any emulsion since the day I got introduced to Korean skincare. For the most part, I buy products what I feel my skin needs. That's one of the best parts about shopping: hunting awesome products out there! I like to take my time and read the description, ask the sales person, make comparisons, and fall in love with the fragrances.

THE FACE SHOP - Flebote White Crystal Brightening Emulsion 130ml | Php1150

The term EMULSION is another word for MOISTURIZER or LOTION (for the face); The term SKIN SOFTENER as TONER, and ESSENCE as SERUM. :)) Woah! Mind blown! That is a good thing; layer and layer and layer of moisturing products. :D Emulsion is a slightly heavier cream just like a face lotion.

I was drawn to this product because it helps brighten the face, repairs skin from UV rays and environmental pollution, and of course, delay skin aging. (The sun between 10am-3pm is harsh to us!!!)

And from my experience? YES! It did brightened my skin and look plump after a month of use. I can't tell much about delay skin aging or anything because it is too early to tell... but, I am glad the products quickly sinks in my skin and help renew my skin every night as I sleep. We know UV rays are harmful to the skin; we need to apply sunblock during the day, and give our skin the TLC at night.

I like to layer my emulsion with another layer of moisturiser (any brand) and/or a sleeping pack. Again, it is all about locking moisture! That is a must!!! It doesn't feel greasy or heavy at all with that product on my face. Guess I am used to it. And just because I have oily skin, it will NOT stop me providing the moisture my skin needs.

Do not forget to apply creams at the back of your hands, neck and décolletage.

THE FACE SHOP Pomegranate and Collagen Volume Lifting Eye Cream

Eye creams are wonderful to keep the delicate skin around our eyes fresh and lively. These kind of creams are much thicker and contain more oil than regular facial lotion. With its active ingredients, it helps reduce fine lines, dark circles and puffiness.

Some people think they have to be in a certain age to start applying eye creams or start any skincare regimen. (I can't stand that!!!!) I say, the earlier the better. Do it now!

Pomegranate and Collagen Volume Tightening Eye Cream 50ml | Php1195

[ Pomegranate extract 1% + Marine collagen water 10% ]

This moisturising and nourishing eye cream helps skin to feel firm and moisturised as pomegranate and collagen extracts gets absorbed

The packaging is really really cute, red and buttonlike. Just looking at the red cap already draws me in. (Doesn't it remind you of those Red Alert Button in movies?) Inside is a light pink thick cream and smells dainty. Pomegranate and Collagen are excellent to help maintain skin elasticity.

I hate dipping my fingers inside the tub. That is why a tiny, red spatula is provided to scoop some of the product on your finger for hygienic purposes. I always wonder though where to keep the spatula when not in use. So I came up with an idea: I like to keep the spatula safe inside the box. I do not want it sitting around collecting dust or fall on the ground or something while I am gone. Wise not to throw the box away.

How to Apply an Eye Cream:
1. Scoop some product on your finger. A little amount is all it need; do not put on too much.
2. Use your ring finger to dab the product from the inside to the outside corner of your eye. Be gentle.

After two months and a half, I would have to say, it made the skin around my eyes look brighter and hydrated. I did notice some dots under my eyes on my first week of use, but it went away after a week later! I do not know what it was, but I sure am thankful it didn't caused anything frightful!

Eye creams are just the half of it if you want to achieve that youthful pair of eyes. The rest of the work comes from us.

1. Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Any creams applied are better absorbed by our skin at night when we are fully rested.
2. Wear sunglasses to prevent eyes from squinting. Bring your umbrella or wear a hat with a wide brim for more protection from the sun.
3. Do not rub your eyes.
4. Eat your fruits and vegetables.
5. Drink water to keep yourself hydrated.
6. Less sodium intake.
7. Avoid alcohol.
8. Apply sunscreen throughout the day. It doesn't mean once we applied sunblock, it doesn't mean we can sit under the sun far too long. We still need to look for shelter from the UV rays.
9. Chill two used teabags and place them over your eyes and relax.
10. Look at the world with beauty. Appreciate the little things in life.

Keep those eyes sparkling!

I changed my mind on using eye creams that comes in this kind of container.

I rather choose that comes in a tube or a dispenser. Do keep the spatula clean at all times.

THE FACE SHOP Green Tea Phyto Powder in Cleansing Foam

I love green tea! If I'm feeling it, I'd drink tea twice the day without milk... just so you know. We've all heard the benefits of this wonderful beverage called green tea! It is packed with antioxidants! Who doesn't love antioxidants for beautiful skin?

Green Tea Phyto Powder in Cleasning Foam 170ml | Php380

Facial foam with green tea powder which cleanses skin impurities and make-up residue with rich and mild foam and provides skin a refreshing and sparkling finish.

Directions: Dispense an adequate amount and lather fully with water. Massage gently onto the entire face and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

This facial cleanser comes in a soft squeezable upside-down tube. It was wrapped in a plastic wrap when I bought it. The packaging does look simple, but its scent and the results on my skin blew me away! Even though it says 'GREEN TEA', I was expecting the cleanser would come in green, but rather comes in pearly white. It is very creamy so a little bit goes a long way. I squeeze just a pea-size of the cleanser on my hands, make a rich lather, then I gently massage it on my face in circular motion. It is very gentle and makes my skin look brighter, soft and smooth. Its scent is light, clean and fresh which relaxes me every time I wash my face morning and night.

It also helped fight my acne problem. I was breaking out on some areas on my face a month ago, and I didn't know why it was happening! Probably of stress? Pollution? Hormones? Something I ate? I honestly wasn't expecting anything, but thank goodness this cleanser made it all go away!

A definite repurchase! :)

THE FACE SHOP Mango Seed Oil to Foam

I have mistaken this cleansing oil to this Oil Cleansing Method I've read a year ago. The concept of washing my oily face with another oil intrigues me, so I bought this yummy mango scent. BUT, I was wrong. This Mango Seed Oil to Foam is suited for removing make-up. And the thing is, I don't wear make-up -- unless it is a special occasion.

Mango Seed Oil to Foam 200ml | $20

A 2-in-1 cleansing foam that starts as cleansing oil but ends as cleansing foam helps remove make-up at once.

- Cleansing oil + cleansing foam type

- Melts make-up and impurities gently like cleansing oil

- Enables clean and refreshing cleansing without double cleansing

- Enriched moisturizing ingredient of mango seed protects skin to be moisturised after cleansing.

How to Use:

1. After cleansing pint make-up, pump a moderate amount to dry hands and rolls all over the face gently.

2. After melting make-up, create lather with water over hands and face.

3. Rinse off with warm water.

The packaging is really nice -- yellow and transparent which makes it easier for me to see how much product is left. It comes in a handy pump and a stopper to avoid overall accidents like spilling. I just  couldn't stand why this doesn't have a cap for hygienic purposes.

Before cleansing my face, I always make sure I wash my hands first to avoid transferring dirt. When I read the direction that I should pump some product on my dry hands, I made sure I washed my hands first and dried it good, then get enough cleansing oil and let it do the magic on my face.

It smells nice with all that lovely mango scent, but the oil was harsh on my skin. In just a few days, I got acne around my chin. I had to stop using it for a while and grab another gentle facial wash.

I saved a bit of the cleansing oil because I knew I had to wear make-up on one occasion. Make-up is so difficult to remove, and I want my skin to breathe before going to bed. As always I washed my hands and get them dried, then I pumped some product on my dry hands and applied it on my face in gentle circular motion. Next thing I knew, the make-up just dissolves, and with water it created a lather that makes skin clean and fresh without overdrying.

I can't say anything much else or compare it to any make-up remover because this is the first product I have tried. It does the job removing make-up with ease and leaves skin clean. Repeat the process if the make-up is a little stubborn to remove. Very handy for an oil turn into foam to wash our face with after all that make-up throughout the day or any event.

Next time, I should have asked first before purchasing.

I am still curious about the Oil Cleansing Method though. :)

THE FACE SHOP Haul

It's the new year and good thing I get to visit the MALL OF ASIA (MOA) few days ago. I am really ecstatic to purchase some skincare items because it is ether I am nearly ran out of it, or I had to get myself a back-up, or just try something new! THE FACE SHOP Konjac Cleansing Sponge

A cleansing sponge has been in my list for a long time. When it comes to skin care, I am always up to try something new such as this one. Here's one secret to achieve that luminous and healthy skin used by many women.

Konjac Sponge ($7)

This cleansing puff made with 100% all natural vegetable fiber konjac contains 10% natural bamboo charcoal removes skin impurities. Made with nothing but 100% top quality food grade Konjac (Konnyaku) plant root. A naturally moisture rich plant fiber which is by nature alkaline, and thus balances the acidity of the skins impurities and oils. This fantastic sponge gently massages the skin and stimulates blood flow and new growth of skin cells, gently exfoliating your skin, leaving your skin clean and refreshed. Great for cleansing pores eliminating blackheads, dirt & oils. Additionally the sponge is great for those for sensitive skin, yet it suitable for all skin types. Each sponge lasts several months.

This is the cleansing sponge or konjac sponge. It is really delicate and spongy (of course) like a moist rice cake! (This makes me hungry.) It was slightly damp when I opened the packaging making me think it's expired. I looked it up online and it says it's perfectly normal. It didn't have any fragrance at all. Its tear-drop shape is a wonderful to exfoliate around the nose and chin. The bamboo charcoal (that's why it is grey in color) is great for oily skin.

I wait as it absorb water for few seconds, and as it doubled its size, I use it to gently exfoliate my face and neck, with or without my favorite facial cleanser. But I prefer to use it alone just to see how well it does the job. This cleansing sponge feels wonderful to the skin. It wasn't abrasive but tough enough to exfoliate. After use, I give it a soft squeeze to drain the excess water and hang dry. Never wring out your konjac sponge. I hate hanging it in the bathroom... so honestly, I let it hang in my room. *smile* Yep, there's a special place for these sponges in my room. Once it gets dry and shriveled, it is all ready once you let it absorb water. My skin feels soft; it gets rid the top layer of the skin (a.k.a. dead skin). Afterwards, I follow it with my favorite cleanser.

I check my skin almost everyday for the results. Unfortunately, my blackheads are still there and it didn't reduced my pore size at all. I had to use a pore strip to remove them every week. The best part of all: that soft and jelly-like feel of this product which makes me excited whenever I wash my face with. Within 2-3 months, this cleansing sponge will start to deteriorate... and needs to be replaced.

It's a great purchase for that gentle exfoliation of the skin. Sensitive skin types will also love this.

THE FACE SHOP Milk Plus Creamy Body Lotion

Who knew I could get this lotion for FREE after I bought some items from THE FACE SHOP a year ago. It was pure bliss! After I paid, the lady told me to get $27 worth of FREE selected items available. I just love shopping, don't you?

Milk Plus Creamy Body Lotion 300ml [$15 but I got it for FREE]

Like a refreshing drink of nutritious milk, this body line with more than 11% of Milk plus complex and a blend of chamomile and petal extracts hydrates and soothes sensitive or parched skin.

This mild lotion glides on your skin effortlessly and leaves it soft, pure and healthy. It helps soothe flaky and dry skin  as well. Can be used on children.

This lotion has a white milky texture that quickly sinks in to the skin. This lasted for 2-3 weeks for me because I love to splurge myself on this. I do not have dry nor flaky skin, but certainly left my skin hydrated and smooth throughout the day. The only thing is, I do not like the scent of this one. Do not get me wrong. I LOVE MILK. I have used a variety of soaps from body washes with 'milk' in them, but this one just doesn't fit my fancy.

I don't think I would be repurchasing this. Unless they added it with a nice touch of fragrance like vanilla or chocolate, you know I wouldn't resist.

I couldn't help but notice the unsightly blackheads and whiteheads on my face. I always make sure I use a nose strip once a week to remove them and give my pores a breather after been clogged from the dirt and sebum. Luckily I found this item from THE FACE SHOP a year ago because I wanted to try something new aside from using nose strips.

This Black Head Gel Oil ensures effective yet non aggressive treatment to blackheads. 50 ml.

How to Use:

After cleansing and drying, dispense appropriate amount of the gel oil and apply onto the face and nose area with dense blackhead concentration. Gently massage into skin and rinse off with warm water.

The New Zealand Volcanic Clay Black Head Gel Oil comes in a 50ml tube. Gently massage the gel oil on areas on one's face to remove blackheads. It has a nice smell to it too. It has these micro scrubs that will help remove dead skin cells. It feels sticky after been applied.

I wasn't impressed by this product. I've been using this for the past few weeks to safely remove blackheads on my nose but I didn't see any significant results. First of, I have no idea how long should I massage this on my face. Though I do get the idea; to loosen the blackhead to get it easily removed down from the very pore! Few minutes have passed, and I was getting impatient. Perhaps my blackheads are really THAT stubborn?? LOL! After massaging the product (which feels like forever), --- I didn't do anything really. I let it sit there on my face hoping the gel oil would slightly heat up since it did read 'VOLCANIC CLAY' on the packaging... but it didn't happen either.

I still have a lot of product left... and I have no idea what to do with it. Maybe it'd still give it a try that maybe, just maybe, some miracle, it would work. I'll update you all if there are any progress. :)

I recommend their New Zealand Volcanic Clay Black Head Aloe Nose Strip! I love this product a lot. I should have bought a lot of these instead!

The packaging is just cute; white, pink, and overall dainty. I just love raspberries! When I read raspberries written in the packaging, I simply just had to get it. Love that fruity smell of this product. It has a gel-type consistency, light-weight and easily absorbs to the skin without feeling greasy.

A sleeping pack is that last step to be applied in anyone's skin care regimen. I prefer to use this at night on my face, neck and decolletage every 1-2 times a week depending on my skin's needs. You don't really that much because a pea-size of this product is all it takes. It fascinates me that these products give the skin that dewy effect almost like it's shiny.

It didn't caused me breakouts or allergies while I used this product for the past few months now.

By morning, my skin looks hydrated and brings back that glow.... and made my skin more oilier.

I would love to repurchase but I am thinking of getting a new kind of sleeping pack as soon as I ran out of this.

Don't you have one of those days you look in the mirror and look real closely at your pores? Those tiny thingies clogging our dear pores making them hard to breathe from dust and sebum throughout the day. Whenever I wash my face, I could touch the bumps and do trust me how tempting it is to squeeze them which can lead to serious scarring in our delicate skin. Yikes! But if you don't remove the whiteheads and blackheads, it can lead to enlargement of the pores. Double yikes!

Pore strips are the answer to help our clogged pores 'breathe'. I have used a variety of pore strips, but it wasn't as good as this one from The Face Shop.

The Face Shop New Zealand Volcanic Clay Black Head Aloe Nose Strip [$6]

The Face Shop Volcanic Clay Blackhead Aloe Nose Strip, formally known as the Blackhead EX Pore Strip, is your go-to product for removing close to 100% of the white and blackheads. The product contains New Zealand Volcanic Clay and has strong blackhead and oily secretion absorption properties. Supported with pore minimizing ingredients, the Volcanic Clay Blackhead Aloe Nose Strip will leave your skin feeling tight and smooth.

How to Use:

Moisten nose area with warm water. Remove the clear lining from the smooth side of the strip and place pore strip on the nose beginning from the tip of the nose moving to the nose wings. Press down firmly to ensure maximum contact. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes before removing in an upwards motion. Finish off with your favorite Toner to close up those pores.

The box comes in 7 separately packaged strips (SEVEN STRIPS?!) and it claims to remove the impurities in your pores. It has an English and Korean translation on how to use the product too. I forgot to take a picture before I used the pore strip! Here is a link where you can find it. Anyways, the shape of the pore strip contours itself fits snugly around my nose and really feels like paper-thin. Well, pore strips are made to be paper-thin, but this one from The Face Shop just... feels... different; thin and soft unlike the rest I have tried. The scent doesn't bother me at all; all the pore strips I have tried has that same medicine-like scent.

I wash my face to remove the excess oil and dirt and I make sure my face is really wet to help the strip stick to my nose and wait for 15 minutes or until it feels harden. I press it down firmly and it between the nooks and crannies. When it starts to harden like papier mâché, it is time to peel the strip and see that nasty gunk! The tiniest whiteheads on the sides of my nose were removed effectively. I got to say, the other strips I have tried cannot beat that. It wasn't painful when I peeled the strip off my face either. I look at my nose and see how clean it is! I try not to touch my face because my hands are dirty; my pores are open and clean.

I look at the dirty strip and it really feels good to see that away from my skin! I always head to somewhere with a good lighting just to see the whiteheads and blackheads removed. Afterwards, I grab my foaming net to lather my foaming cleanser to wash my face and apply my moisturizer to seal the goodies to keep my skin fresh and extra clean deep from the pore. The skin feels and looks so smooth to touch like a baby's bottom!

I love to use this once a week not only just on my nose, but also on other parts of my face such as the cheeks and forehead for deep clean. I cut the strip in half to do more of its job.

I kind of hope it has more strips per box instead of 7, like 10 or 12 strips?

This nose strip is a definite repurchase!

Korean and Japanese Skin Care Haul

I've been saving my money for my must purchase: Korean and Japanese skin care. I was in Japantown yesterday, and luckily besides Daiso, there's also The Face Shop (Korean Skin Care and Cosmetics) just a few walks away! This is an awesome time saver without traveling from Point A to Point B!

I first visited The Face Shop. It was an overwhelming experience because I do want to try every product while I was inside the store. I was screaming with joy! Do keep in mind that I had a difficult time which products I want to purchase.

There are definitely a lot of cute stuff costing a dollar and fifty which is very affordable! I even visited a small novelty store, and I was in tears how cute the erasers, notebooks, pens, plush toys, and etc were! *sigh* I already have some particular items in mind so it wasn't difficult which aisle in Daiso I need to go to.

I love its cute polka dot design! It is small and handy for my epilator.

Foaming Net ($1.50)

I saw one of these on Youtube, and I find it a terrific idea. Been wanting to get these for months now! You only need a little amount of your favorite cleanser, add water, and you will get amazing fine lather for your delicate skin. Massage it on to the face gently. The foam acts as a cushion between hands and face preventing harsh habit of rubbing and damaging skin.

Pore Care Pack ($1.50)

It gets rid of blackheads and whiteheads.Though I am kind of grossed out with a photo of a nose

with blackheads. I get it, however, they could have made it like an illustration.

Pumice Stone ($1.50)

Gets rid of dead skin.

Natural Plant Sponge ($1.50)

This feels rock-solid when you touch it. This will be interesting the minute I try it and see how well it will exfoliate. Hydrate it with water. It will double its size and will become squishy to be used for the skin.

I am so happy! I cannot wait to use it and tell you guys about it!
