This is another facial wash I bought at ETUDE HOUSE after I ran out of their Happy Essential Hyaluronic Acid Cleansing Foam. Look how cute and pink the packaging is! I am so drawn to it. It is packed with COLLAGEN and 40% moisturisers for sweet bonus! It'll make anyone's skin happy. I know mine did! :D

Collagen is a protein produced by our skin which "holds" the skin together giving its firmness and elasticity. Depleted collagen in our skin caused by sun exposure and bad skin habits would result to wrinkles and sagging skin. Here are some ways to keep our collagen in check: apply sunblock, up your vitamin C intake, 7-8 hours of sleep, eat fruits and vegetables, don't smoke, exfoliate, reach for retinol and cut back candies.

I love how this facial cleanser is very creamy and gentle to my skin. Been using it for 2 months and it made my skin clean, moist and supple. It smells nice too.

Alba Botanica Hawaiian Leave-In Conditioning Mist

Truth be told, I really don't pay much attention to my crown and glory. For years, I like to keep my hair short. I admire the rest of the women out there who takes good care of their hair with TLC. Guess I was a little bit of a tomboy back then. I also had one of those hair frightening experiences that damaged my locks like crazy from harmful chemicals! After that dreadful day, I stay away from THEM! Leave my hair alone!

I love to spray this after I took a bath. I'm not much into coconut milk scented products, but every time I spray this on my hair, I smell c-h-o-c-o-l-a-t-e instead. My olfactory nerves has its own mind of some sort! Anyhow, it smells heavenly! It takes my breath away. I like products that are quick and simple to use; with just a few sprits on my hair, it makes my hair hydrated throughout the day. Because it is lightweight, it makes my hair soft and bouncy. This product is used for gentle exfoliation. I have no idea just how but it works. To use: let it soak in water, squeeze excess water and gently cleanse your face in circular motion, then hang dry. The sponge is good for  2-3 months... or until you see it is starting to deteriorate.

This is now what my sponge looks like after 5-6 weeks.

I've used it every single day and my skin feels soft afterwards. I used it without any facial cleansers to see how well it does the job. This puff is so cute, bouncy and delicate as it reminds me of those yummy rice cakes. (It makes me hungry!) It has a string attached to it so you can hang it after use.

Definitely have to get myself MORE of these.

Next time, I'm going to use it with a facial cleanser. (I love it bubble-y!!!)

Pure Smile Choosy Lip Gel Mask

Pink, soft and kissable lips, anyone? We all do!

What common way do most people do to get instant moist lips? Lip licking. I am so guilty on this one. I used to do this all the time because it is way faster to get them 'fixed' and also the fastest way to get them dried. Yikes! Besides, lip licking in public??? OMG! NO! I kicked the habit years ago and looked for other ways to keep my lips moisturized besides applying lip balm. Like anything else, it still starts from hydration, not smoking which prevents fine lines around the mouth, and exfoliation 2-3 times a week.

You can make your own exfoliating lip scrub by mixing olive oil and brown sugar. Half a teaspoon should do it. Gently scrub away. Apply your favorite lip balm to seal moisture, or what I currently use for the past few months is HUMAN HEART NATURE's SUNFLOWER OIL. Not only it helps keep my lips moisturized but it also helped lighten with regular use. A little bit of sunflower oil is all it takes. And it is all natural!

3. Leave it for 5-30 minutes for moisture penetration, then carefully take it off.

I bought three of these online months ago. If I remember correctly, they gave me the milk, peach and honey flavored lip masks. I wasn't the one who chose it; they chose it for me, which is fine.

After I took a bath and exfoliated my lips, I ripped the packaging and pulled a clear plastic folder-like thing, and inside is the lip gel mask shaped like a lip. It is quite slippery because it was soaked with essential essence and it is very soft to touch. The lip mask is also slightly bigger in size. Smack it on and give it 30 minutes to absorb.

After 30 minutes, a little uncomfortable as it may sound, but, you can also place it in your nipples to help keep it moisturized. It says so in the packaging. I'm not making it all up. See the box with a 'CHECK!!!' written? See the illustration? Now you know.

My lips feels soft and smooth after I peeled the lip mask. I immediately follow it with a dab of sunflower oil -- or any product you prefer -- and it feels amazing!

Would I repurchase? Despite the great results, I would have to say: NO. I need to look for an alternative that still gives me the same results: soft and smooth lips. It is a nice product, but I am not completely blown away. It is good to give it a try once in a while perhaps, but the answer is still NO. :)

I haven't tried any TONY MOLY products so this is going to be my first. I bought this in MALL OF ASIA months ago located in SM DEPARTMENT and just beside TONY MOLY are ETUDE HOUSE and HOLIKA HOLIKA kiosks. *girls, take a hint! * It's like paradise!

The cute packaging caught my eye! I simply got to have it. The bottle itself is simply elegant, feminine and looks expensive.

The cream is water-based making the skin look dewy. It doesn't feel heavy and it absorbs quickly on the skin. It has dainty scent of berries which I love. I always look forward to it everytime I do my night time skin care regimen.

I've been using it for a month and I notice an improvement on my skin. It looks and feels supple, healthy, brighter complexion and glows. I didn't experience any allergies either. I still prefer products that give my skin hydration even for an oily skin myself. I apply this cream not only on my face, but also on my neck, decolletage and the back of my hands.

The bottle doesn't come in a dispenser. I had to tilt the bottle while trying to control how much product I needed in my fingertips. Overtime, I finally got the hang of it.

Just when I thought I had to guess how much product is left, the bottle is, thankfully, semiopaque. All I do is hold the bottle against the light to see if I am almost ran out of the product.

I love the results on my skin. I would definitely repurchase. I have to check out the rest of TONY MOLY's Berrianne skin care line.

Diamond Soap

Whitening soaps are everywhere! I haven't seen this Diamond soap anywhere else but from an online shop ShadzOnline. They call it the "Celebrity Soap" because celebrities use it to achieve that perfect skin. (I wonder who?)

Reminders:

Do NOT scrub the soap directly on the face or body because it is compact. Make bubbles from the palm of your hands with this soap and let it sit for 1-3 minutes, then rinse.

The DIAMOND SOAP promises a whiter and radiant skin with regular use. The soap doesn't come in a box, but simply wrapped in a cling wrap -- without the list of the rest of the ingredients; where it was manufacturered; or, any written expiry date.

This 160g of soap has a strong yet tolerable smell to it, unless your nose is sensitive. It was on sale when I bought it couple of months ago. Since the soap is compact, I didn't know what 'compact' meant, but when I used it while I was taking a shower, I find that it breaks off easily, it is suggested to cut a piece, make a lather and apply to the skin. Wait for 1-2 minutes, then rinse.

I've been using it for 6-7 weeks and I can see my skin gradually lightened. As you can see from above, I still have a chunk of soap left. The soap will look like it is "sweating"  and it still is working fine. Only thing is, the soap focuses only in whitening. The first time I used this soap, I had these small cuts on my lower back because I rubbed the soap directly on my skin. This soap is harsh! (Didn't they just said, make a lather instead!) I also see red spots (acne??) on my legs! Currently, it's all dried up and I am waiting for it to heal... but still, it got me worried!

I use a body wash to moisturize because this soap made my skin a bit dry. I immediately apply a dallop of lotion as soon as I step out of the shower for extra hydration with SPF. :)

I wouldn't wash my face with this soap. Some women did, but I don't feel like it.

It boggles me why the soap didn't have a list of complete ingredients. If anyone has perseverance to achieve that white skin and shell out a few Pesos, it can be a risk, but definitely lightens the skin with regular use.

THE FACE SHOP Konjac Cleansing Sponge

A cleansing sponge has been in my list for a long time. When it comes to skin care, I am always up to try something new such as this one. Here's one secret to achieve that luminous and healthy skin used by many women.

Konjac Sponge ($7)

This cleansing puff made with 100% all natural vegetable fiber konjac contains 10% natural bamboo charcoal removes skin impurities. Made with nothing but 100% top quality food grade Konjac (Konnyaku) plant root. A naturally moisture rich plant fiber which is by nature alkaline, and thus balances the acidity of the skins impurities and oils. This fantastic sponge gently massages the skin and stimulates blood flow and new growth of skin cells, gently exfoliating your skin, leaving your skin clean and refreshed. Great for cleansing pores eliminating blackheads, dirt & oils. Additionally the sponge is great for those for sensitive skin, yet it suitable for all skin types. Each sponge lasts several months.

This is the cleansing sponge or konjac sponge. It is really delicate and spongy (of course) like a moist rice cake! (This makes me hungry.) It was slightly damp when I opened the packaging making me think it's expired. I looked it up online and it says it's perfectly normal. It didn't have any fragrance at all. Its tear-drop shape is a wonderful to exfoliate around the nose and chin. The bamboo charcoal (that's why it is grey in color) is great for oily skin.

I wait as it absorb water for few seconds, and as it doubled its size, I use it to gently exfoliate my face and neck, with or without my favorite facial cleanser. But I prefer to use it alone just to see how well it does the job. This cleansing sponge feels wonderful to the skin. It wasn't abrasive but tough enough to exfoliate. After use, I give it a soft squeeze to drain the excess water and hang dry. Never wring out your konjac sponge. I hate hanging it in the bathroom... so honestly, I let it hang in my room. *smile* Yep, there's a special place for these sponges in my room. Once it gets dry and shriveled, it is all ready once you let it absorb water. My skin feels soft; it gets rid the top layer of the skin (a.k.a. dead skin). Afterwards, I follow it with my favorite cleanser.

I check my skin almost everyday for the results. Unfortunately, my blackheads are still there and it didn't reduced my pore size at all. I had to use a pore strip to remove them every week. The best part of all: that soft and jelly-like feel of this product which makes me excited whenever I wash my face with. Within 2-3 months, this cleansing sponge will start to deteriorate... and needs to be replaced.

It's a great purchase for that gentle exfoliation of the skin. Sensitive skin types will also love this.

THE FACE SHOP Milk Plus Creamy Body Lotion

Who knew I could get this lotion for FREE after I bought some items from THE FACE SHOP a year ago. It was pure bliss! After I paid, the lady told me to get $27 worth of FREE selected items available. I just love shopping, don't you?

Milk Plus Creamy Body Lotion 300ml [$15 but I got it for FREE]

Like a refreshing drink of nutritious milk, this body line with more than 11% of Milk plus complex and a blend of chamomile and petal extracts hydrates and soothes sensitive or parched skin.

This mild lotion glides on your skin effortlessly and leaves it soft, pure and healthy. It helps soothe flaky and dry skin  as well. Can be used on children.

This lotion has a white milky texture that quickly sinks in to the skin. This lasted for 2-3 weeks for me because I love to splurge myself on this. I do not have dry nor flaky skin, but certainly left my skin hydrated and smooth throughout the day. The only thing is, I do not like the scent of this one. Do not get me wrong. I LOVE MILK. I have used a variety of soaps from body washes with 'milk' in them, but this one just doesn't fit my fancy.

I don't think I would be repurchasing this. Unless they added it with a nice touch of fragrance like vanilla or chocolate, you know I wouldn't resist.

iWhite Nose Pack

Few days ago,  I just recently discovered an awesome product to get rid of unsightly blackheads and whiteheads. I am so conscious people staring on my face with these icky things embedded on my pores. This product has been around FOREVER and I admit I never took notice about it. I asked the salesperson about the product and he said the product works amazing. Since I need to look my best for a special occasion, I purchased three of iWhite's nose pack and hoped for the best.

Before I went to bed, I washed my face as instructed and pat dry. It comes in a white cream that I evenly apply on my face. Do not be fooled with this little sachet; it can cover areas such as the nose, chin, cheeks, and forehead that needs to extract blackheads and whiteheads. Unlike a pore strip, this cream can work its way through corners that is difficult for a strip to get in to. Applying this cream can be a little messy, but so worth it! After 15-20 minutes, gently peel it off and watch as those blackheads and whiteheads strip away leaving a soft and smooth skin. It was a little painful but tolerable as I peel it off; my skin was a little dry and irritated. I washed my face again and followed it with my night time skincare routine to seal my pores with wonderful benefits to sink in! It feels so good!

I would prefer to use this nose pack once a week because I am concerned about the slight irritation that caused. But overall, I would recommend this product. If you have sensitive skin, please do a skin patch test first.

I bought this soap online called Shadz Online Shop from Davao City, Philippines. They sell a lot of authentic Japanese items that most girls couldn't resist in the name of beauty. They recently just had a sale and a lot of their items were all marked down as it enticed me to purchase some items I need. 2-3 days later, my package arrived at my doorstep.

PasJel Baby Blink Whitening Soap is a two-toned, purple and white, bar soap. Its scent has a slight hint of grapes. You can easily cut it in pieces to save money, but melts quite fast though. I let the lather sit on my body for 2-3 minutes and then rinse. In just a few days, my fiance noticed my skin's a few shades lighter and softer. I wasn't expecting such result that fast.

Always apply a heap amount of sunblock -- no matter what the weather -- indoors or outdoors.

I'm thinking of getting another bar of this. (Please let it be on sale!!!!)

Etude House Happy Essential Foam Hyaluronic Acid Cleansing Foam

I am in love with this foaming cleanser from ETUDE HOUSE Happy Essential Foam Hyaluronic Acid. I am always looking for moisturizing products to keep my skin hydrated but this cleanser got me curious especially when it says 40% added moisture because of Hyaluronic Acid.

Hyaluronic Acid is an acid that occurs naturally in the skin and holds many times more moisture than the Collagen protein molecule. Its bind and retain essential moisture in the skin layers and reduces the line caused by dehydration.

Happy Essential Foam Hyaluronic Acid Cleansing Foam [Php228]

Formulated with  40% polyol (Glycerine, Sorbitol, PEG-32) content to keep skin feeling moist and soft. With humectants properties, polyol moisturizes without irritation. This creamy cleansing foam gently removes impurities with rich lather, while Hyaluronic Acide promotes hydration. Even for an oily skin like me, I still prefer to use this because I like to keep that moisture as much as possible. After few washes, I've noticed a significant added hydration on my skin. I don't have those tool Koreans use to measure the amount of moisture percentage on skin but it made my skin look plump... and I LOVE it. I didn't experience any irritation or break-outs. Though I couldn't tell how tough it is to remove make-up.

I am really kind of curious the one in pink tube.

I would recommend this cleansing foam!

A box contains one pair of big plastic multi-layered socks for your feet and two packets of feet peeling serum -- one for your left and right foot. Wear the plastic socks provided, pour the serum in each foot, securely tie, and let it soak for an hour and a half. Afterwards, wash it with water, then do your own thing as you wait for your skin to peel which takes about 4-7 days. I suggest sloshing the serum all throughout your feet, and not just your soles, to get your feet a complete make-over after the peeling process. It is a bit tricky walking around with these squishy socks on so make yourself comfortable while waiting; it felt like I am about to slide every walk I take. But that's just me. :)

Some people had their feet peeling by the 4th day, but in my experience, the peeling started on the 7th day; I can see it peel starting from my toes, then slowly my whole feet. That's just awesome! (Yes, it fascinates me!) I was even tempted to 'help' peel that skin away but I try not to. It doesn't even hurt at all; it gently peels away that rough and hard skin on one's feet. You will definitely shred around your house just to get you a heads up.

I would suggest using these whenever you feel like your feet are rough or something; not every month though.

...after your feet has been completely peeled, use a foot mask to give that new skin a wonderful essence to keep it soft and moisturized.

I really intended to wait for me to use this foot mask. I prefer to use this after my feet are completely peeled after using Baby Silky Foot One Shot Peeling. There are two huge socks inside each packet; each of those socks are already stuffed with that wonderful essence. Put them on and wait for 15-20 minutes to get it absorbed on your (new) skin.

Great product you can use not only for summer. I would definitely recommend these. Who doesn't like nice looking feet?
